Hexagon will create an online advertising campaign
based on the information received.
Before launching your ad, a specialized SEM team will
be in charge of supervise the campaign. This is not an
instantaneous process, so when choosing your start date
it will be necessary to apply a timeframe between
creation and launch of 72h.

If you already have a campaign created on the
platform, you can import the data from up to 30 days
before, by logging into the platform.
Thereby, you will have all your online advertising
in a single dashboard, all analytics in an aggregated
form and, over and above, take advantage of the
creation of reports and the rest of the benefits.

add name, an URL and
include all the basic
information that is
usually ask within a
briefing.

period time of your campaign and which
budget you are going to assign to it.
What is My Fee?
If you charge your client a % of his
investment for the campaign management,
you can add it here. When you give access
to the platform to your client, he will see the
total cost (CPC + % of campaign), he won't
see your fee %
If you only manage your own advertising,
forget about this box, it will show zero.

up and control the evolution of KPI's and metrics of digital advertising
campaigns.

HOW DOES CAMPAIGNS OPTIMIZER WORK?
Each platform has a list of alerts, which
can be activated or deactivated. Each of
them will be configured to trigger an
orange or red alert at a certain value.
This way you can keep track of all
campaigns without being scrutinying
them 24/7, which is a huge time saver.

Perhaps the most tough part of a campaign is to collect all the data
from each platform and merge them on a single document.
From hexagon you will have an automated reports creation, yeah, just
as you've read it. ONE click. We offer two types of reports depending
on your needs:

CORE REPORT
Brief report, summarizing the results of all active
campaigns in the project.
It is sent automatically, via email, and can be scheduled
weekly or monthly.
PDF REPORT
Full report of all active campaigns in your project.
It will be sent directly to your email when you need it.
If it is for your client, you can add a
moonback video and/or a summary
text field to go along the report
data.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL MY CAMPAIGN IS ACTIVE?
Our specialized SEM team will be in charge of supervising everything before the launching of your ad. This is
not instantaneous so, when deciding your start day, you will need to apply a time margin between creation
and launch of 72h.
CAN I ADD MY % AGENCY FEE?
Of course you can! While creating your campaign, when you specify the budget, you will find the option to add
a % fee to the budget.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE TOOL?
Yes, go to "my profile" and can add your corporate logo, change colors to match your corporate identity,
customize the URL, by adding hexagon as a subdomain, or create your own domain.

ENABLE ACCESS TO PEOPLE FROM MY TEAM?
Of course, from "my profile", you can create an employee profile with its own data access, choose your
employees authorization level, read-only user, or a standard user, who can create campaigns and projects.
ENSURE CUSTOMER'S ACCESS TO ITS DATA?
Of course! While adding a client, login credentials will be created so that they can visualize how their
campaigns are going.
WHAT CAN MY CLIENT VIEW IN THE TOOL?
Client will be a read-only user, with some further restrictions, as it will not be able to access wallet data or fee
percentages.

AM I ALLOWED GENERATE AN INVOICE IN HEXAGON?
Of course! In hexagon, thanks to the wallet functionality, a single invoice will be generated for you. The
invoice will include all the digital advertising investments that you have made, even if they are from
different platforms.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EACH TIME I SET UP A CAMPAIGN?
No, hexagon has the possibility to reload your wallet. Like this you will only have to assign a budget from
wallet to your campaigns and we will supervise the rest of the work. However, if you prefer, you can also pay
for each campaign as you set it up.
WHAT TYPE OF TAXES ARE APPLIED?
In our case, we apply the VAT corresponding to the Spanish tax system, i.e. 21%.

CPM "Cost per thousand impressions", is the amount you have to pay each time a thousand
people are exposed to your ad.
"Cost per click", is the amount you have to pay each time a user clicks on your ad.
CPC
CTR It stands for "Click Through Rate". It is the percentage that reflects the frequency in which
users who have seen your ad have clicked on it. A high CTR is a good indicator that users
find your ad useful and relevant.
CLICK It represents the metric unit that measures the number of times a user has interacted
with your ad.

Difference between your asset and the current spent of each campaign.
REMAINDER
PROJECT At hexagon, is a set of campaigns on which you might pack one or several campaigns, no
matter their platform
CAMPAIGN For us, it is the whole of one or more ads in the same platform, for the same purpose.
IMPRESSION How often your ad is shown. An impression is counted each time your ad is shown on a
search result page or other site.
CONVERSION
An action that's counted when someone interacts with your ad or fee product listing and
then takes an action that you've define as valuable to you business, such as an online
purchase or a call to your business form a mobile phone.

  • 5. On the left side, there is the Ads menu, where you will have the campaigns structured by platforms. In each button, you will find all the metrics, ads and other information of interest for each of your campaigns. DASHBOARD 04 ADS MY PROFILE Enter your profile by clicking on your name. In this section you will find your account details and the chance to adjust your plan subscription, add employees or customize your tool.

This is not an instantaneous process, so when choosing your start date it will be necessary to apply a timeframe between creation and launch of 72h.   • 11. If you already have a campaign created on the platform, you can import the data from up to 30 days before, by logging into the platform. Thereby, you will have all your online advertising in a single dashboard, all analytics in an aggregated form and, over and above, take advantage of the creation of reports and the rest of the benefits. If you charge your client a % of his investment for the campaign management, you can add it here. When you give access to the platform to your client, he will see the total cost (CPC + % of campaign), he won't see your fee % If you only manage your own advertising, forget about this box, it will show zero. Each of them will be configured to trigger an orange or red alert at a certain value. This way you can keep track of all campaigns without being scrutinying them 24/7, which is a huge time saver.
  • 20. REPORTS 19 Perhaps the most tough part of a campaign is to collect all the data from each platform and merge them on a single document. From hexagon you will have an automated reports creation, yeah, just as you've read it. ONE click. We offer two types of reports depending on your needs:
  • 21. REPORTS 20 CORE REPORT Brief report, summarizing the results of all active campaigns in the project. It is sent automatically, via email, and can be scheduled weekly or monthly. PDF REPORT Full report of all active campaigns in your project. It will be sent directly to your email when you need it. If it is for your client, you can add a moonback video and/or a summary text field to go along the report data.
  • 23. FAQS 22 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL MY CAMPAIGN IS ACTIVE? Our specialized SEM team will be in charge of supervising everything before the launching of your ad. This is not instantaneous so, when deciding your start day, you will need to apply a time margin between creation and launch of 72h. CAN I ADD MY % AGENCY FEE? Of course you can! While creating your campaign, when you specify the budget, you will find the option to add a % fee to the budget. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE TOOL? Yes, go to "my profile" and can add your corporate logo, change colors to match your corporate identity, customize the URL, by adding hexagon as a subdomain, or create your own domain.
  • 24. FAQS 23 ENABLE ACCESS TO PEOPLE FROM MY TEAM? Of course, from "my profile", you can create an employee profile with its own data access, choose your employees authorization level, read-only user, or a standard user, who can create campaigns and projects. ENSURE CUSTOMER'S ACCESS TO ITS DATA? Of course! While adding a client, login credentials will be created so that they can visualize how their campaigns are going. WHAT CAN MY CLIENT VIEW IN THE TOOL? Client will be a read-only user, with some further restrictions, as it will not be able to access wallet data or fee percentages.
  • 25. FAQS 24 AM I ALLOWED GENERATE AN INVOICE IN HEXAGON? Of course! In hexagon, thanks to the wallet functionality, a single invoice will be generated for you. The invoice will include all the digital advertising investments that you have made, even if they are from different platforms. DO I HAVE TO PAY EACH TIME I SET UP A CAMPAIGN? No, hexagon has the possibility to reload your wallet. Like this you will only have to assign a budget from wallet to your campaigns and we will supervise the rest of the work. However, if you prefer, you can also pay for each campaign as you set it up. WHAT TYPE OF TAXES ARE APPLIED? In our case, we apply the VAT corresponding to the Spanish tax system, i.e. 21%.
  • 27. GLOSSARY 26 CPM "Cost per thousand impressions", is the amount you have to pay each time a thousand people are exposed to your ad. "Cost per click", is the amount you have to pay each time a user clicks on your ad. CPC CTR It stands for "Click Through Rate". It is the percentage that reflects the frequency in which users who have seen your ad have clicked on it. A high CTR is a good indicator that users find your ad useful and relevant. CLICK It represents the metric unit that measures the number of times a user has interacted with your ad.
  • 28. GLOSSARY 27 Difference between your asset and the current spent of each campaign. REMAINDER PROJECT At hexagon, is a set of campaigns on which you might pack one or several campaigns, no matter their platform CAMPAIGN For us, it is the whole of one or more ads in the same platform, for the same purpose. IMPRESSION How often your ad is shown. An impression is counted each time your ad is shown on a search result page or other site. CONVERSION An action that's counted when someone interacts with your ad or fee product listing and then takes an action that you've define as valuable to you business, such as an online purchase or a call to your business form a mobile phone.
