The HEXACO Personality Inventory, developed by Kibeom Lee and Robert McCrae in 2000, assesses six personality dimensions: honesty-humility, emotionality, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience. It offers insights into individual traits, cultural variations, and can predict job performance and ethical decision-making, while also aiding in self-reflection. However, it may not fully capture individual complexities or address specific mental health issues.
