Mohd Helmi Md Suhaimi was born in Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia in 1983. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2007. Currently, he is involved in developing a Talent Masterplan to present to the Malaysian government. His goal is to improve the standard of living for Malaysian citizens through developing individual talents, especially among members of the Felda community.

MOHD HELMI MD SUHAIMI
He was born at Kota Tinggi,Johor on 27 June 1983 (27 years old). He grew at Felda
Kledang, Kota Tinggi, Johor. As second FELDA generation, his vision is to improve
the standard living of Malaysia citizens in terms of economics condition using
developmenteach personalised individual talent especially FELDA to become world
class community.
In 2000, he has been awarded ‘Anugerah Pelajar Mithali’ by Johor Department of
Education as achievement of leadership qualities approach.
He has been involving in training industry since 2001 when he was at Matriculation
Centre, International Islamic University Malaysia. He much more concern on
Leadership Development,TalentDevelopment,Personalityand Team Improvement.
He earns his degree on Economics (Honours) at International Islamic University
Malaysia (IIUM). He continuing his education on Master of Economics at IIUM.
His first appearance in media was in 2010 with TV3 (Motivasi Pagi), TV1 (Fitrah
Kasih) and SALAM FM (30 slots Motivational Talk).
His first book written with Ahmad Naim Jaafar title ‘Saya Remaja Inovatif’ published
and distributed by PTS Publications and Distributions Sdn Bhd on 2010. His blog

Currently, he Involve in developing Talent Masterplan to be presented to Malaysian
