It has a QVGA or HVGA touchscreen display, 5MP camera, hardware buttons, 256MB RAM and 8GB storage. Developers can create apps and games using Silverlight, HTML/JavaScript, or XNA on Visual Studio and the emulator. Apps are distributed through the Marketplace where users can buy, try, or get free apps, and developers can register for $99/year to sell up to 5 apps.
