Hannah helped translate initial concepts into polished brand imagery and ads through financial management, creative input, and relationship building. She wrote budgets, sourced models and photographers, attended shoots, and provided suggestions. Hannah also ensured projects were delivered on time through strict scheduling. Her work strengthened relationships with clients and suppliers, leading to repeat business.
1. What I did: Photography
Helped translate initial pitch concepts into a polished set of brand imagery/ads.
Financial – wrote draft budget proposal which involved estimating fees and sourcing
costs for; photographer and assistant, re-touching, studio hire, models’ rights, image
licenses, prop hire, expenses. Raised all supplier POs, managed spending against
budget and invoiced on completion.
Creative/production – I worked with a model agency to source a shortlist of models,
and assisted client in selecting final six. I arranged the studio hire to coincide with the
shooting of the film, wrote agenda for shoot day, liaised with each model to ensure
they understood the brief, had sufficient information about the brand, the correct
wardrobe and knew the schedule for the day. I attended shoot day, looking after each
model and scheduling shooting times for each. I made suggestions on wardrobe,
hair and make-up, and also gave in-put to art-direction. Acted as runner – buying last
minute props and wardrobe additions, and ensuring photographer and assistant had
everything they needed.
Post production – I made suggestions on final image selection for delivery of assets.
Schedule – created production schedule and agenda for shoot day. Ensured all
parties stuck to tight deadlines.
Relationship building – I developed a good relationship with photographer that led to
further business, and developed strong relationship with model agency who we used
again in future. Was client facing throughout.
Highlight – Having in-put into selection of models, attending shoot day, giving
direction/opinion, seeing efforts manifested in final polished set of ads.
Foosle film & photography
Foosle
Task
Foosle was a start-up recruitment website in need of streamlining its look and feel
ready for the launch. Having created an identity and tone of voice, we were asked to
produce a Foosle brand film, which introduced the product to the market and could
be used for multiple audiences. Foosle also required a set of images that could be
used on ads, marketing communications, and on the website.
Solution
We produced a one-minute film combining live action, animation, voice over and sfx.
On the same day of the filming we shot our set of Foosle images to be used across
the ads and communication materials.

What I did: Film
I worked alongside our designers, producer, director, animator and my associate
director and was involved from brief to final asset delivery.
Financial – I drafted the budget proposal, which involved estimating fees and
negotiating/sourcing costs for the production company, talent agencies, film studios,
image licensing, voice-over, post-production, expenses etc. This was checked and
approved by my account director. I was responsible for raising purchase orders,
managing spend against budget and invoicing on completion.
Creative/production – I was involved in all creative stages, attending the initial client
briefing and then re-laying brief to creative and production team. I contributed to
concepts and storyboarding, scriptwriting stages and helped select final actors and
voice-over artist. I helped set up and attended the shoot day and saw project through
final edits to delivery.
Scheduling – Created production schedule, ensuring all third parties, internal team
and client stuck to tight deadlines.
Relationship building – This project really helped develop a great relationship with
Foosle, who I continued to work with for the duration of my time at Bisqit. Being key
client services point of contact, I worked closely with the client to achieve their very
high standards and satisfy their attention to detail. I also built close relations with our
producer and director, and liaised with a range of suppliers.
Highlight – attending shoot day and seeing how the crew worked together to capture
the perfect shot.
