I was asked for a speech about a teamwork a couple of years ago. Given 15 minutes or so...and made this presentation slides (in Japanese at that time).

but can not see any reason.

Check your personal condition.
Do you sleep well and is it enough?

Do you stay tired even after sleeping?

Check your condition at work.
Do you make mistakes at particular
occasion like a jerky boss affects you?
It is my experience honestly.
5. Not alone
Everybody has a problem or two.

2. Do your job with no small mistake.
3. Interested in outfits.

So don’t mind even if you have one.
But if nothing on the easy list is fit for you,
you are stuck in a serious problem.

When it seems something goes bad,
stop doing anything you do.

unless you care for yourself.
Because your mind knows what happens.
