The Law of Attraction can seem like a silly concept to some. We know that everything is energy. This energy vibrates at certain frequencies. Higher frequencies are associated with positive and vice versa. We can use our thougths and emotions to control what we attract into our lives. See all of the basic ideas that go into the Law of attraction and how to use it in your life to create positive change.

What you think about you bring about. This is the
truth.
When you think about positive things you attract more
positivity into your life.
The opposite is true as well.
When you think about negative things you attract
more negativity into your life.
4. Energy goes where attention flows.
It’s also import a to watch what you give your attention
to.
Seeing the good in a situation will attract more good.
And the opposite is true.
Seeing the bad in a situation (and only the bad) will
attract more bad.
5. How do I use all of this?
There are so many ways to use this.
First, this makes you aware of how powerful you
are.
Even if you have felt powerless for years. This
changes now, with this new-found awareness.
7. 1. Know what you want.
We tend to know what we don’t want.
Change your focus.
Ask yourself, WHAT DO I WANT?
Is it a relationship? A better job? A million dollars?
8. 2. Use your subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is very powerful.
You don’t have direct control over it. This
doesn’t mean that you can’t communicate in
an indirect way.
● Use affirmations
● Meditate
● Tell your subconscious mind exactly what you
want before you go to bed.
9. 3. Change negatives to positives.
At Eh! Be Positive we call this “The Positive
Twist”.
This is a skill and it takes practice.
When something happens that is seen as
bad, there is always a positive that can be
taken.
Ask yourself;
1) Did I learn something?
2) Did it make me stronger?
3) Did it lead to other opportunities?
10. 4. Stop and start
Stop 3 damaging habits or behaviours. (your choice)
● Stop negative self talk
● Stop staying up really late
● Stop
Start 3 helpful habits or behaviours. (your choice)
● Start drinking 8 glasses of water daily
● Start getting up earlier
● Start meditating daily
11. 5. Be in the Moment
Those who live in the past, experience depression
and regret.
Those who live in the future, experience anxiety and
worry.
Those in the present experience the joy and
happiness that the senses can bring him or her.
That is where happiness lives… in the present.
Pay attention to your surroundings.
12. 6. Put away the phone.
Unplug for a period of time daily.
You will feel more connected to those around you.
You will be able to enjoy the present moment.
You will find more free time.
You will find more freedom.
