How to Make A
Healthy
Chicken
Sandwich
By Nicholas 6s
Ingredients
 Chicken Fillet
 Lettuce
 Tomato(es)
 Cheese
 Whole grain bread
 A bit of salt (for chicken)
Why I chose this meal
 I chose this meal because firstly, I thought it would be easy
to make, secondly, I couldn’t think of anything else to
    make.
 I chose tomatoes and lettuces because they are high with
vitamin K, which improves blood clotting (whenever you
bleed it stops because your blood has clotted up your
wound). I chose cheese because it had vitamin D, which
helps your bones grow stronger. I chose whole grain bread
because it was the most healthiest kind of bread as it has
vitamin E in it, which prevents your cells and bones from
getting badly damaged. Whole grain bread also is high in
fiber, which helps digest things and lowers the risk of
diabetes, a disease that affects your sugar levels.
Preparation (Step 1)
1. Use a bit of salt to season the chicken.
Then, leave it at least for half an hour for
the salt to sink in.
Step 2
 Rinse
      the lettuce and tomatoes. Then,
shred the lettuce and slice the tomatoes.
Step 3(a)
 Toastthe bread if you want (optional
because some people like their bread
 toasted)
Step 3(b)
 Add some oil to a frying pan and put it on
a stove to heat it. When the oil’s
heated, put the chicken on the pan and
pan fry it until cooked. (If you want to
know when the chicken is cooked, poke
the chicken with a chopstick or fork and if
blood doesn’t come out, it’s cooked)
Step 4
 Putthe ingredients all together to form a
sandwich as shown. You can cut your
sandwich into halves or quarters. You can
also have a glass of milk for a drink.
