#1: STAY HYDRATED (DRINK WATER)
• It is advised to drink at least drink 8 cups of water
per day.
• Avoid carbonated drinks.
• Carry a water bottle.
• It is important to consume water before you even
feel thirsty.
• You can set a reminder.
• Water with lemon and/or cucumber is
recommended.

• Exercising for at least 30 mins daily is beneficial to the
