Before we talk about the big item, I have
listed below examples of the above
mentioned nutrients which are proven to
grow muscles and overall weight gain.
• Carbohydrates - Potatoes, Brown rice,
oatmeal (also rich in protein), bananas.
• Proteins – Chicken breast, peanut butter,
fish, eggs, beans.
Note: Try to include both protein and
carbohydrate filled foods in all your meals
daily. Limit your fats intake as low as
possible.
Making the
Protein
Shake.
Ingredients and their
measurements;
• Whole milk/full cream milk – 200ml
• 1 ripe banana
• peanut butter – 2 tablespoons
• rolled oats (uncooked) – 100
Procedure;
Pour all the measured ingredients into
a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
I. Protein value – 30g
II. Carbohydrates value – 105g
Conclusion
