Signs & Symptoms of Accidental Hemorrhage
Bleeding per vaginum may or may not be there
Pain in abdomen (in the uterus) due to collection of blood between
placenta and uterus
Uterus is tender,enlarged
Height of uterus slightly increased
Foetal heart may or may not be there
Pallor is present because of internal bleeding
Fall in BP, and thready pulse, hypovolemic shock,

Patient should be referred to hospital immediately and
termination of pregnancy
