EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS| ESTABLISHED BRAND| WORKING FOR DIRECTOR OF SEARCH | EXPOSURE TO TOP TIER CLIENTS 
A modern and vibrant agency in London with an impressive reputation are now looking to appoint this key role to support the fantastic billings of a Senior Search 
Director with retained assignments ranging from £150,000 to £250,000 
Working closely with a Director you will carrying out senior level search assignments within the Property sec tor. Without the burden of sales targets you will be free 
to focus purely on candidate mapping, headhunting and campaign management with the option to move into a full Search Consultant . 
As Head of Research you will be working across a variety of campaigns and assignments and will be a naturally organised and confident person, communicating with 
senior level professionals with ease. You will also be a brilliant online communicator and networker, crafting attractive vacancy profiles, building and extending your 
network and approaching people in a way that gains real interest. 
This would suit a Recruiter , Search Executive or Researcher looking for a successful and professional working environment that can offer a more relaxed 
environment while surrounded by some of the industry’s most successful Contingency and Search Recruiters. 
If successful you can expect: 
 Salary to £30,000 
 Performance related bonus 
 25 days holiday
