HBA Consulting has a long established history and proven track record for the design
and delivery of professional and practical Industrial Relations advice and assistance
across the ACT and surrounding region.
HBA's reputation for its work in this field has also reached many other jurisdictions as

concise and pragmatic advice on industrial relations matters. HBA Consulting has
assisted organisations in establishing and negotiating over 330 agreements (whether they

company was first established in 1995.

HBA Consulting offers a dedicated Human Resource Management consulting service -
HBA HR. This complements the established industrial relations and workplace

assessment and advice when employee behaviours go outside what is considered
appropriate.

relationships and cultures within the workplace. Because of the realities of these types of
circumstances, and in order to maintain a degree of impartiality, many organisations
have found that the best way to resolve these situations when they arise is to engage an
external, independent workplace investigator.
