What We Do Happy Tears Weddings is a bridal consultant company that services the Panama City Beach and surrounding areas, we are a full service company that provides complete consulting services for weddings, holy unions and anniversaries; and now proposals too.  Happy Tears is different from other planners because we only do one wedding a day, so no wondering if we will make it on time!  Also, unlike some other planners, there is no wedding party restrictions whatsoever!
What We Do Our consultants are experienced and dedicated professionals.  We always have at least 2 people available for every event! We listen to the needs of our clients and work with them to create the event of their dreams. Our clients' wishes become our commands. Therefore, whether our client wants a Western, Tropical, Las Vegas or more traditional wedding, we can help.
Who We Are Happy Tears is a family owned and operated consulting company.  We are friendly and easy to work with.  We will strive to do our absolute best to meet every client's needs and wants.  Happy Tears has several packages that fit any clients needs or we can customize a special package just for you.  We can be there from engagement until the last guest has given their best wishes!  Let us know how we can help you.  We know your wedding is the best and most stressful day of your life!  And we are here to try to relieve as much of that stress as possible.  
Who We Are Valerie has a business degree from the University of Phoenix.  She has planned and assisted in planning many weddings in the past.  After planning her own wedding, she discovered her calling and founded Happy Tears Weddings.  She is very motivated as well as organized and understands the stress planning a wedding can have not only on a bride-to-be, but on the groom and family members.
Who We Are Gypsi has extensive event planning experience and has worked with some of the areas most prominent venues.  She has worked for the Boardwalk Beach Resort, assisting the planning and set-up of weddings as well as special events.  She has also worked for the Watercolor Inn performing the same duties. 
Our Services Our services include: Consulting We will work with the DIY client to help with ideas and organization. We provide consulting for proposals, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions.  Coordinating We can coordinate any event from birthdays to anniversaries. We can do full planning from the very beginning, partial, or day-of planning!

Candy Buffets Candy Buffets are becoming a wonderful and popular item at weddings and events of all types!  For a wedding, candy buffets can take the place of or be in addition to the dessert bar.  They can also add to the beauty of the decor and serve as the wedding favors as well!  You can choose to utilize all of our materials and purchase your own candy, or choose a buffet size with candy and we will handle it all!   Already purchased your candy and jars? Just need a little help?  We can also be hired to just set up, attend, and breakdown the candy buffet with all of your materials.  It is up to you! Candy Buffets Small Buffet (up to 50 guests) without candy/$200, with candy/$450   Candy Buffet features 3-5 different candies (5-7 jars)  Medium Buffet (51-100) without candy/$300-$400, with candy/$550-$650 Candy Buffet features 5-7 different candies (7-10 jars)  Large Buffet (101-150) without candy/$500-$600, with candy/$750-$850 Candy Buffet features 7-10 different candies (10-15 jars)  For events over 150 guests, please call or e-mail for an accurate price  Buffets include the following services:  Buffet set-up and take-down Table linens and accessories (or you can provide your own to coordinate) Candy jars & Scoops  Buffet Attendant throughout event at no hourly rate Tulle pull pouch favor bags w/ ribbon You may upgrade your candy bags to mini takeout boxes, use stickers instead of ties, or print custom bags at an additional fee.  Hired help with own materials $20 per hour up to 4 hours $25 per hour for 4 hours or more

Proposal Services We offer consulting services to help you come up with the perfect idea!  We can help you plan your engagement proposal from the very beginning until "YES".  We will sit down with you and listen to your thoughts and ideas to help make the day the most special and memorable day of your lives, until the wedding of course! We also offer coordinating services for that special day as well.  We will not only help you plan the perfect proposal, but also execute it.  We will be there behind the scenes to make sure everything goes according to plan.  To make sure that perfect ring is placed just right on top of that perfect slice of cheesecake dessert!  The only thing you have to worry about is will they say yes!
