The Museum of Happiness is leading the movement to create happier
employees, one workplace at a time. 
Founded in 2014 in response to depression being the leading cause of
disability in the world. Since launching, the award winning Museum has
hosted 6 major festivals and 442 workshops, teaching over 14,000
people and 800 employees the skills for happiness.

The Science of Happiness is the ground-breaking science of
positive psychology, which explores the roots of a happy and
meaningful life.
In this two hour programme, participants will:
Discover what happiness is and why it matters 
Learn about the science of happiness 
Unpack and learn about the 12 skills of happiness
Learn and practice four of the key skills to develop a happier
mindset at work and at home
Be encouraged to adopt practices that can boost optimism,
increase resilience, and live happy, engaged lives

The 12 Skills of Happiness programme provides participants
with the skills necessary to develop happiness and will
encourage participants to engage with some of the most
practical lessons from this science, discovering how cutting-
edge research can be applied to their own lives.
Each of the twelve modules provides a hand-picked list of
recommended resources, tips, strategies, tools,  books, and
 articles from the Happiness Toolkit, which participants can
start using and implementing immediately at both work and
home.

102 is taught in an interactive format and has the most impactful results with a minimum of 6
participants and a maximum capacity of 16 participants. The programme can be taught over two
intensive days, over three-months weekly or once per month annually.

The School of CHO is a bespoke training programme for any
staff member passionate in joining a new kind of C-suite - the
Chief Happiness Officer. Charged with creating and
maintaining a happiness-driven workplace, CHOs were first
made popular by Google with its results from their happiness
officers programme.  CHOs nurture a happy, loyal and
productive workforce. With a CHO in place, companies see
increases in productivity, creativity, engagement, and an
overall improvement in culture, and happiness in the
workforce.
The School of CHO programme focuses on the strengths that
enable individuals and organisations to flourish and is taught
across 4 full-time days.

103 is a 4 day programme specifically for HR staff, managers and internal facilitators who want to become
certified as a CHO and gain the knowledge and tools to make their organisation happier.

Shamash is co-founder of the Museum of
Happiness. He is also author of the book
Mindfulness for Dummies and founder of
Teach Mindfulness and Happier World
Conference. Shamash has been leading people
to happiness for 21 years.

Victoria is co-founder of  the Museum of
Happiness and gives talks, keynotes and
workshops on happiness & well-being around
the UK.  When not working at the Museum of
Happiness, Victoria was a senior mentor at
NCS The Challenge - the UK's leading charity
for young people.

Our mission is to spread happiness to everyone, no matter what their
background. So, each time you book one of our happiness programs, you
help fund the Museum of Happiness to offer happiness training in the
community. We offer programs to our local community in Shoreditch, to
local schools in London, and in a wide variety of different community
projects throughout the UK.

  • 8. T H E S C I E N C E O F H A P P I N E S S 101 The Science of Happiness is the ground-breaking science of positive psychology, which explores the roots of a happy and meaningful life. In this two hour programme, participants will: Discover what happiness is and why it matters  Learn about the science of happiness  Unpack and learn about the 12 skills of happiness Learn and practice four of the key skills to develop a happier mindset at work and at home Be encouraged to adopt practices that can boost optimism, increase resilience, and live happy, engaged lives 101 is taught in an interactive format and has the most impactful results with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum capacity of 16 participants. T H E 1 2 S K I L L S O F H A P P I N E S S 102 The 12 Skills of Happiness programme provides participants with the skills necessary to develop happiness and will encourage participants to engage with some of the most practical lessons from this science, discovering how cutting- edge research can be applied to their own lives. Each of the twelve modules provides a hand-picked list of recommended resources, tips, strategies, tools,  books, and  articles from the Happiness Toolkit, which participants can start using and implementing immediately at both work and home.  H A P P I E R W O R L D 102 is taught in an interactive format and has the most impactful results with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum capacity of 16 participants. The programme can be taught over two intensive days, over three-months weekly or once per month annually.
  • 10. 103 The School of CHO is a bespoke training programme for any staff member passionate in joining a new kind of C-suite - the Chief Happiness Officer. Charged with creating and maintaining a happiness-driven workplace, CHOs were first made popular by Google with its results from their happiness officers programme.  CHOs nurture a happy, loyal and productive workforce. With a CHO in place, companies see increases in productivity, creativity, engagement, and an overall improvement in culture, and happiness in the workforce. The School of CHO programme focuses on the strengths that enable individuals and organisations to flourish and is taught across 4 full-time days.  T H E S C H O O L O F C H O T h e S c h o o l o f C H O 103 is a 4 day programme specifically for HR staff, managers and internal facilitators who want to become certified as a CHO and gain the knowledge and tools to make their organisation happier.
  • 11. S H A M A S H A L I D I N A V I C T O R I A J O H N S O N Shamash is co-founder of the Museum of Happiness. He is also author of the book Mindfulness for Dummies and founder of Teach Mindfulness and Happier World Conference. Shamash has been leading people to happiness for 21 years. T H E T E A M Victoria is co-founder of  the Museum of Happiness and gives talks, keynotes and workshops on happiness & well-being around the UK.  When not working at the Museum of Happiness, Victoria was a senior mentor at NCS The Challenge - the UK's leading charity for young people.
