I have had the privilege working with Lanny Nguyen while I was the Administrator of A Grace Sub-
Acute Convalescent Hospital. She is very conscientious and a fast learner and focused to get the
job done. She has outstanding people skills and is intuitive and compassionate to patient concerns
and her interactions as a team player with the nursing and medical staff was excellent. She is
meticulous in her work and was well liked by both patients and staff.
I have know and have worked with Lanny on and off for the past five years. When I retired from
my Podiatry practice to become a Nursing Home Administrator, she was a significant help in
transitioning my patients to new doctors.
