To who it may concern:
I have lived in New England my whole life. I have always wanted to work in the medical
environment and work my way up in that field. To be able to help people in need of help is one
thing I have always dreamed of. I myself have been in the hospital environment as a child, so I
have seen certain situations in which I’d like to work and in which I believe I can make a
positive impact. I believe you will find my summary skills and my related experience make me a
very suitable candidate for employment.
Your Needs
 View medical history, lab results
vital signs
 Review medications
 See discharge instructions
My Qualifications
 As an experienced LNA I understand
the importance of taking a complete
medical history and reviewing lab
results and vital signs with great
attention for detail.
 I’ve observed the nurse on duty
reviewing resident’s medications
charts.
 I always review discharge
instructions with patients clearly and
concisely, and make sure the patients
understand exactly what needs to be
followed.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss the LNA position with you, and to share with you the value
I have to offer your facility. I can be reached any time of the day by phone or email as listed
above. I will follow up with you in a week, once you’ve had time to review my attached resume.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions in the meantime. Thank you of your time
and consideration.
Sincerely,
Leah Landino
