Over a decade of experience in the field of civil engineering, real-estate and construction of large-
scale, high profile residential and commercial projects, I was involved in all phases of a project’s life
cycle, ranging from the initiation and engagement of stakeholders, planning, execution and closure. I’ve
worked as part of large multi-disciplinary teams granting a smooth execution of project; slashing the cost &
time needed for execution development by introducing new means of construction to achieve a smooth,
error free construction with little to no conflicts between various disciplines. I have also implemented interior
and exterior finishes for many projects & oversaw the work of subcontractors Knowledgeable of

Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Support in the performance of quality reviews and audits.
2. Develop a strategy for the particular handover process to client for all kind of
documents hard and / or soft copies according to contracts and norms.
3. Check the incoming documents / submittals for readiness and validity prior
processing.
4. Administer the document life cycle (author, approve, publish, revise, archive)

Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Sustainable site inspections to ensure that the execution of project works is
accordance with terms & specifications.
2. Supervising implementation of the project works along its phases in details.
3. Shop drawings preview as coordinating either civil, architectural, basic electrical
and basic mechanic drawings.
4. Check and Release contractors’ submittals for example; IRS & MIRs& RFI, SI and
Invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Responsible for the execution of all civil & architectural works in my scope of
work.
2. Assist the Project Manager in the management of Subcontractor works & point
out technical deviation.
3. Explain drawings to contractor, sub-contractor, commands and workers as
focusing on specifications.
4. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may
arise.
5. Ensure that all drawings and documents are reviewed & approved by the
consultant.
6. Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
7. Coordinate with officials QC to implement stated testes.

Duties & Responsibilities;
1. Study the project technical specification documents and (time schedule, project
design drawings, etc.).
2. Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) for clarify any technical issue.
3. Daily reports on site progress with list of work requirements.
4. Study & Specify All requirements which needed for execution (Equipment,
Machines, Materials, tools and Human Resources).
5. Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
6. Receive & deliver the achieved works to the consultants after my owned check.
7. Liaising with the general workforce involved in the project.
8. Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors.
9. Attend all pouring concrete times ensuring the related testes and standards.
10.Prepare BOQ of the needed Materials for the site such as (cement, sand, gravel,
brick, steel, etc.
