• A yearly diary with language learning activities
• Target group: students who would like to take a school leaving
exam or language exam, adults looking for job
• It is innovative because it combines a diary and a language
learning book that have never been produced before
• Calculated price: 10 euros
• Fund-raising: first, our own capital , later applying for sponsorship
3. Mission statement
Our mission is to provide a user-friendly, convenient and useful tool for
language learners at a reasonable price.
Our product will offer a variety of activities for customers. Regular
diary, language-learning activities, links, daily challenges, jokes and
games of all sorts will be available.
The product will also be environmentally friendly using only recycled
material for production.
We try to balance the expenses and the income and make profit. We
would recreate the product yearly and later we are planning to release
different types of the product depending on age, interest and language
proficiency.
7. Marketing/Advertising/Sales
• Target audience is reached via Facebook page, product website,
commercial, advertising poster + product samples will be taken to
language learning fairs, bookshops?
• Sale will be done via webshop and through book retailers
• Sale will be started at the end of 2017
8. Technology plan
• The product will have website to support : online shop, extra
materials for QR codes.
• The company has a technology team with experience in It and
web-design.
10. Company members and roles
• 9 members + outside assistants
Managing director – Major Fruzsina: in charge of managing and
controlling the whole company
Sales and Marketing team – Csernyák Diána and Haszon Luca: in charge
of estimating projected sales and monitoring customer satisfaction
Production team- Földi Fanni, Sápi Réka and Vincze Boglárka: in charge
of collecting and compiling activities and links to include in the
language learning part of the diary
Finance director – Molnár Alexandra: in charge of securing start-up
costs and registering financial transactions
Technology team- Bozsoki Barnabás and Mészáros Dezső: in charge of
designing and visualising the product

• We have continuously refined our product based on feedback ( QR
codes, activities)
• We have worked on all activities as a team – it strenghtened our
relationship and improved our collaborative skills
• We have learnt a lot about setting up a company and have
discovered our strengths

• We have also encountered some difficulties. It took relatively long
to decide on the final product.
