One class 1,5h 6€ per child
Budget for one class:
20 x 6€ = 120€
rent of the place: obtained as a
sponsorship
materials for craft: 15 €
snacks: 20 x 2.0€ = 40€
salary for the employers: 2 x 13 € +
17.50€ = 43.50 €
Example finnish semester
- classes twice a week
- 27 times ( excludes holidays) (includes “sick days”)
- > 27 x 6€ = 162€ semester would cost for children
approximately 170€

5. HR Human Resources
Like every business, this one needs a manager as well. The manager runs the
place and makes important decisions. He/she takes care of the paperworks
for example registrations and advertising. The manager tries to find
deputies if the leaders aren’t able to come but if he/she can’t find anyone,
the manager may go him/herself. The manager also contacts homes if the
playschool is cancelled for some reason.
Two leaders take care of kids, supervise them, do the teaching and prepare
the snacks for the kids to eat. Leaders take care of cleaning as well after the
playcare has ended for the day.
