Project Manager/President for Management and
Innovation Global Visit Program (MIGVP) to
Tokyo Japan. Preparing documentation for
project proposal to get Faculty and University
approval. I was responsible to liase with relevant
authorities local and international such as UTM,
PROTON, Japan Embassy in Malaysia, University
of Tokyo, Japan, Subaru Factory at Gunma Japan,
Keio University and Meiji Univesity at Japan.
Other than that, I was in-charge to conduct
program event for sponsorship and fund
collection to cover the Japan program cost.
I was responsible to ensure the dies are designed
to be able to produce a good quality panel for a
car development within the schedule set and
packaging also should cater for all tropical
weather conditions and can be deployed once
delivered to customer site. Moreover, i was in-
charge in documentation such as schedulling,
progress report in weekly basis (inlcude sub
contractor local and overseas), logistic of sample
panels and dies delivery as well as budget
monitoring. Also, conducted site coordination
meeting with sub contractor to discuss progress
and problems arise along the project execution
or inspection on progress site visit were properly
executed and recorded.
I was attached in a project team in preparing
technical documentation, schedulling, managing,
monitoring and reporting progress for
completing the development of 56 dies in three
various country which are Malaysia, Korea and
Taiwan within one and half years from May 2014
until Dec 2015 with project value 3.3 Million.
