Coordinated with interdisciplinary engineers on the creation and development of an international project focused
on urban landslide risk management using an innovative method not previously used. Worked with a team to
develop risk evaluation documents and guidelines through the utilization of professional experiences, knowledge
of the topic, and the audience-type. Wrote technical documents to submit the project to the Guatemalan national
government for approval and institutionalization. Acted as the quality control engineer and signed off on each
project deliverable, ensuring each met specifications and requirements. Worked with the team to obtain funding
for the project, managed all the project financials, and ensured the project stayed within budget. Worked as the
project liaison for all legal responsibilities related to international work.

Casting Production Manager Commerce City, CO
Managed three manufacturing departments representing the entire casting production line, from mold creation to
finished casting, consisting of up to 24 people. Led and managed initiatives in reducing waste and increasing
productivity. Worked with Engineering and Maintenance departments to determine and develop other
improvement projects focused on efficiency and process flow improvements. Worked with Machining department
to schedule the entire production line, from project creation through completion. Acted as a key participant on a
committee devoted to improving the company culture.

Led the analysis of process factors, working to measure and control each in order to reduce bottlenecks and waste,
increase productivity, and increase profitability. Sought out and managed other sustainability and efficiency
projects throughout the department. Developed and facilitated a project focused on empowering operators while
reducing the safety risk index throughout the entire department. Received ISO 14001:2004—Environmental
Management training and acted as an internal auditor for the entire plant. Obtained entry-level knowledge of SAP
