Description:
My job responsibilities include following.
 To monitor & control daily production.
 To prepare daily, weekly & monthly production reports for analysis.
 To resolve problems of production.
 Development of new products.
 Preparation of SOP, work instructions & process control plan for new
products.
 Designing of fixtures and gauges for new products
 To monitor and prepared maintenance reports of machines.
 To make sure that execution of development plans must be according to
finalized plan.
 To update the status of development plans.
 To follow up all requisitions for development projects.
 To follow up material arrival and delivery for development projects.
 Perform in-house cost calculation and improve process efficiency to reduce
in-house cost.
 To assure completion of production targets within time and on time delivery
to customer.
 To evaluate problem solving method in case of any complain from customer.
 Supervise routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
