GUIDELINE FOR PLENARY SESSION
Guideline for Presenter
GUIDELINE FOR PLENARY SESSION
1. All participants, including presenter and non-presenter (general
participant), must register to attend GAMAICEB 2023
2. Registration for participants will be opened at 07.00 AM
3. Please show your e-ticket during the registration process.
4. The registration area is available in front of Amartapura A Plenary
Room
5. Only paying participants can access the virtual conference and
receive conference certificates.
6. Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) / Official Travel Order (if any)
must be submitted to the committee on the registration time
of the conference.
7. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the plenary and parallel
session
8. No food or beverages are permitted inside the conference rooms or
Registration Centre.
9. Cellular phones and other gadgets should be in silent or vibrate
mode.
10. Please wear a formal business look as your dress code
11. Pets and items with strong odour are prohibited in the conference
area.
12. Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited in the conference
area.
13. Please remain quiet during the plenary session. You can ask your
question in the Question and Answer session.
14. Please park your vehicles in the parking area behind the convention
centre.
GUIDELINE FOR PARALLEL SESSION
1. During your presentation, you must adhere to the allotted time. The
chairperson is asked simply to cut off the presenter if they exceed the
time by more than one minute.
2. You have 15 minutes for your presentation and 15 minutes for Q&A
session.
3. You need to use Powerpoint and/or audiovisual aids during your
presentation. It is not recommended to simply read the
text of your paper.
