En términos de significado el pasado continuo refiere a un proceso en el pasado donde alguien estaba
haciendo algo en un tiempo determinado sin haber finalizado aun la acción que se estaba realizado en ese
momento pero no podemos saber si esa acción aun ocurre o ya ha finalizado.
E.g. We were playing tennis when it started to rain
(No sabemos si siguen o no jugando a pesar de la lluvia)
