The document discusses relative clauses, which are used to link two or more sentences. It lists the words "which", "who", "what", "that", "when", and "where" that can be used to form relative clauses. Examples are provided of using relative clauses to describe objects like a spoon and answering questions without directly stating the object, like what kind of fruits are liked. Practice questions are included for the reader to form relative clauses describing various nouns and answering questions using relative clauses. Guidance is given on making sentences more natural by avoiding first person pronouns and adding "-ing" forms.
