helpful to book travels, trains, or
even to pay for shopping at the
supermarket.
What is a Mobile Guest Service ?
The Mobile Guest Service is a
tool for hotels to be more
qualitative for guests. Guests are
using an app to order a drink, or
to book a service from the
concierge. It is easier for them
and they don’t have to move to
the reception. The mobile app is
an intermediary between the
hotel and the client.
