Neil Johnson has spent over 23 years in it
Information Technology management field,
working nearly 20 years in the Healthcare
services industry and most recently the Food
Service industry. Neil joined Key Impact Sales
and Systems in 2012 as their Chief Information
Officer. Neil is based out of the Key Impact
Corporate office in Odenton, MD.

Joel Islam
President and Chief Operating Officer, Florida Food Service, Inc.
Joel joined Florida Food Service in 1980 and worked in
various full-time positions up until 1994 when he became the
role as Chief Financial Officer. Ten years later he became
President and COO where he currently oversees all
operations. Joel is also a member of numerous professional
organizations that include UniPro Food Service, Gainesville
Area Chamber of Commerce, Meridian Behavioral Healthcare,
and Haven Hospice.

Robert Vanderhook
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Furmano Foods
Robert joined Furmano’s in 2002, and has responsibility
for Sales and Marketing of all company business
segments, including Foodservice and Consumer Products.
He is additionally responsible for their Customer Service,
and Research & Development groups. He brings over 35
years of Sales and Marketing experience through his
tenures with Hunt-Wesson and Furmano’s.

Mark Runstedler
Director of Sales Planning, Mondelēz International Foodservice
Mark is currently the Director of Sales Planning for Mondelēz
International Foodservice overseeing trade spending, sales
systems, operations and strategy. Mondelēz International
became a global snacking company with net revenue of $30
billion in 2012 with the Kraft Foods split. Prior to the company
split Mark worked for Kraft Foods Foodservice in Chicago and
Toronto in various sales strategy, business development and
sales capacities.
