Tilted Kilt is one of the fastest growing full-service restaurant franchises in
recent decades, with more than 70 locations open in the U.S. and Canada.
Eddie Goitia served as CFO of Tilted Kilt Franchise Operating LLC (2013-2016)
and later CEO of Tilted Kilt (2016-2017). In 2017, Eddie negotiated a purchase
of the company, and exited as the CEO. He continues in an advisory position as
Special Consultant to Tilted Kilt owners.

Oversaw all facets of corporate operations of business: Operations, IT,
Marketing and Finance resulting in a $220 million dollar operation.
Organization recognized as top 25 growing franchise systems in the United
States in 2015. Oversaw store growth from 50 to 100 units.
Recruited and hired key personnel to offer different perspectives to advance
the new company culture.
Played a critical role for long-term financial strategic planning, stability,

Comfort Keepers was the 2nd largest franchise in senior care services, with
over 400 locations in the U.S. Ray and Joe were recruited to build the
franchisor’s international program from the ground-up. As a result of their
efforts, Comfort Keepers was awarded the Export Achievement Award for
global growth by the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2006.

Ray and Joe served as the sole members of the international team,
responsible for development, operational support and P&L oversight of the
company’s global expansion.
Ray completed international Master Franchise deals for 9 new
international markets within two years.
Joe developed and implemented training and field support programs for
the global network of Master Franchisees.
In 2007, the company was acquired by a medical private equity group,
with a valuation increase of over $40 million in 5 years, in part, due to
international expansion. A year later, Comfort Keepers was acquired by
the multi-national service company Sodexo for an undisclosed amount.

Mexico, and the UK. Dan was the lead consultant for 9 years, helping them
convert from company-owned to franchise driven strategy. Dealt with all areas of
franchise development, working with a team at their Portland, Oregon headquarters.
