US
Flaveur Café began as a home-based business in Shah Alam, Selangor with the sole
intention of serving great coffee, amazing pastries, and cakes to our local community. Our
philosophy has always been to source the best ingredients, handcraft everything, and put
our heart and soul into everything we do. All these beliefs, artisanal skills, and working from
very early mornings to late nights have contributed to Flaveur Café becoming what it is
today.

CHALLENGE
• As a start-up small business, we are one of
the businesses affected by the pandemic
Covid-19, and we must comply with
government rules and regulations in order to
launch our product either offline or online.
• · We've discovered that Flaveur Café requires
more brand recognition in order to increase sales
revenue.
• · To gain public recognition, Flaveur Café needs
to be more active in brand awareness on social
media and on its website.
• · Flaveur Café needs to increase customer
loyalty and positive feedback.
• · We assess the need for more joint venture and
investor business development for Flaveur Café.
• · For the launch event, Flaveur Café requires a
specific and detailed budget as well as a target

The main objective of Flaveur Café branch launched are to promote and get more
