Hi. I am AI.
My name is John
Pass the exam and
get a good job
Our project is a superapp.
SuperApp is a new sort of application with an extended set of functions. In
fact, it combines multiple services inside.
Our project offers two types of services for the users:
1. Learn to code
2. Employment of programmers (Recruiting)
1 Programming training, as a result of which the student has the opportunity
to pass the Robot (artificial intelligence) exam.
It is expected that this section will present programming courses (both in
paid and free versions) with annotations (about course specifics) by our
experts.
An asterisk will mark courses that, in the opinion of our experts, are priority,
of the highest quality
There are a huge number of programming courses in the World. On our
platform, we provide a comparative analysis of courses broken down by
course specification, pricing, etc. We will explain the pros and cons of each
particular course. Users will be able to pay for the selected course directly on
our platform. Our platform has a payment gateway that allows you to pay
for the course in the maximum number of ways, including paying with
cryptocurrencies and paying by phone.
2 Employment of programmers
(Recruiting)
The coronavirus has left many people whose
work is related to physical activities:
restaurants, travel, offices, without work.
Programmers whose work can be done online
were the least affected.
By conservative estimates, today the world
needs an additional 10,000,000 programmers.
This section assumes:
a Well structured database of programmers
{ including CV, completed work, competencies, etc.)
The questionnaires (resumes) of programmers will also contain a video
recording of how they passed the exam on our resource
(in case of their desire and consent)
or a video recording of how they interviewed an employer online on our
resource.
b Board of vacancies for programmers.
c Recruiting.
The main direction of recruiting is the employment of programmers in
developed countries
( US UK etc )
Today, working as a programmer in the United States is considered the
most promising, since it is in this area that such large firms as Google,
Facebook, Apple, Intel and Twitter are located. These companies are
headquartered in California. Most of all, IT specialists are paid in them. The
average annual salary looks like this:
Intel - $100,000.
Apple - $120,000.
Facebook - $121,000.
Twitter - $122,000.
Google - $126,000.
Recruiting will be carried out by independent recruiters under an
agreement with our company.
A modern CRM system is integrated into the "Recruiting programmers"
section
There are a lot of talented young people in the world and since a good
IT education is expensive today it is hard to realize themselves in life.
Regardless of the country and the language, anyone in the world can
use our platform to get a good IT education and build their career.
The CLJ project is a worldwide "Personnel Forge" for the IT industry
and a "Career Lift" for many people from all over the world.
FEATURES OF PROJECT
Two main features of the project
1st After studying the course, the student can take the course exam using 2
options:
a) to the Robot {self-learning artificial intelligence) online
b) the student can pass an exam online to a live teacher
(This option is provided in the second phase of the project)
Passing the exam for a robot:
The monitor screen is split into two parts:
The left part is horizontally divided into two equal parts:
The upper part displays the animation of the AI Robot.
At the beginning of the exam, the Robot greets by waving its hand.
The Robot opens its mouth at the right moments (when a voice sounds).
The animation displays the facial expressions of the Robot in the process of
the exam.
In the end, according to the results of the exam, approval (thumbs up) in
case of successful result or a wish of success next time, in case of
unsuccessful.
FEATURES OF PROJECT
The lower part displays an image of the user himself, captured on a webcam.
The right side displays the process of passing the exam in the form of a
dialogue. In this version ( MVP of the project ) this is an ordinary chat
between the robot and the user.
After completing the exam, the user can go to the exam result page
2 On our project, we will implement the option "Honest exams" and "Honest
interviews" with employers.
To do this, we use the service and functionality of the project
https://proctoredu.ru according to the White Label system.
At the second stage of the project, we will create our own proctoring system.
The ProctorEdu project solved the problems with identity substitution and
cheating when taking exams remotely.
( see project description )
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
At the second stage, we implement:
1 We create our own proctoring system.
2 We organize on our platform the taking of programming exams by "live
examiners" online using the proctoring option
3 We organize an internship for programmers on our platform
In the course of the internship, graduates of our educational resource (As
well as all interested programmers) will be able to participate in the
implementation of "Educational projects"
(Including projects "To order")
4 We organize "Career Development Center" on our platform
In this section, we will help:
Compile a resume and prepare a graduate of our educational resource for
an interview with an employer.
Recordings of interviews with employers will be stored on our resource
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
5 We introduce AI to search candidates for a vacancy.
Artificial intelligence software can analyze people on the Internet. By
combining all the available information, the program can identify
candidates with similar personalities and skills. AI can identify which
candidates might be interested in certain jobs and directly send them
relevant job advertisements.
6 At the second stage of the project's functioning, it is possible to open our
own recruiting agency (feasibility is being discussed)
PROJECT MONETIZATION
More details can be found by studying the business plan of the project.
1 Income from the sale of paid programming courses to specific people
By analogy with the Xsolla project (They have a commission percentage on
the sale of computer games), the CLJ project will have a certain commission
percentage on the sale of paid courses.
It is assumed that the commission percentage will vary from 5 to 15.
2 Paid subscription revenue:
Database of resumes of programmers with contacts.
Board of vacancies with contacts.
We conditionally accept:
Programmers (job seekers) pay $5 per month
Employers pay $10 per month
PROJECT MONETIZATION
3 Income from passing exams to the robot.
We take as a basis that the cost of the exam is $10
Of which $3 is for the proctoring service and $7 for the CLJ project.
After the implementation of its proctoring system at the second stage
of the project, the CLJ project will receive $10 from each exam.
4 Paid advertising revenue
It could be a recam:
programming courses,
Recruiting agencies and independent recruiters,
Advertisement for companies interested in hiring full-time and
freelance programmers.
Advertisements from freelance programmers and programming
communities who are interested in getting a job.
PROJECT MONETIZATION
5 Income from cooperation of the CLJ project with
"Independent Recruiters"
Standard recruitment costs typically range from 15% to 20% of a
candidate's first annual salary, but can go as high as 30% for hard-to-sell
positions.
We accept conditionally the annual salary of a programmer
$60,000
$5,000 per month
The commission is divided in the following proportion:
80% gets "Independent Recruiter"
20% goes to the CLJ project
PROJECT DESIGN
In the past, web designers have focused on showcasing their design skills by
packaging websites with bright illustrations and animations that supposedly
delight users.
This gave way to Flat design, which opposed all these “artificial” design
techniques in favor of a more simplistic, classic digital aesthetic. And while
this user-friendly web design style has been around for many years, it is still
relevant and popular.
Flat design is a minimalist design approach that emphasizes usability. It has
a clean open space, crisp edges, bright colors, and 2D illustrations.
Microsoft was one of the first to apply this design style to its interface in
what some see as a negative reaction to the design that Apple has launched
on its interface.
The author of the project.
Fluent in Spanish.
Has been living in the
Dominican Republic for
over 12 years.
Russian citizen.
She knows the customs
and traditions of Latin
American cultures, which
has a beneficial effect on
any project in which she
participates.

This section assumes: a Well structured database of programmers { including CV, completed work, competencies, etc.) The questionnaires (resumes) of programmers will also contain a video recording of how they passed the exam on our resource (in case of their desire and consent) or a video recording of how they interviewed an employer online on our resource. b Board of vacancies for programmers. c Recruiting.
  • 5. The main direction of recruiting is the employment of programmers in developed countries ( US UK etc ) Today, working as a programmer in the United States is considered the most promising, since it is in this area that such large firms as Google, Facebook, Apple, Intel and Twitter are located. These companies are headquartered in California. Most of all, IT specialists are paid in them. The average annual salary looks like this: Intel - $100,000. Apple - $120,000. Facebook - $121,000. Twitter - $122,000. Google - $126,000. Recruiting will be carried out by independent recruiters under an agreement with our company. A modern CRM system is integrated into the "Recruiting programmers" section

FEATURES OF PROJECT Two main features of the project 1st After studying the course, the student can take the course exam using 2 options: a) to the Robot {self-learning artificial intelligence) online b) the student can pass an exam online to a live teacher (This option is provided in the second phase of the project) Passing the exam for a robot: The monitor screen is split into two parts: The left part is horizontally divided into two equal parts: The upper part displays the animation of the AI Robot. At the beginning of the exam, the Robot greets by waving its hand. The Robot opens its mouth at the right moments (when a voice sounds). The animation displays the facial expressions of the Robot in the process of the exam. In the end, according to the results of the exam, approval (thumbs up) in case of successful result or a wish of success next time, in case of unsuccessful.
  • 8. FEATURES OF PROJECT The lower part displays an image of the user himself, captured on a webcam. The right side displays the process of passing the exam in the form of a dialogue. In this version ( MVP of the project ) this is an ordinary chat between the robot and the user. After completing the exam, the user can go to the exam result page 2 On our project, we will implement the option "Honest exams" and "Honest interviews" with employers. To do this, we use the service and functionality of the project https://proctoredu.ru according to the White Label system. At the second stage of the project, we will create our own proctoring system. The ProctorEdu project solved the problems with identity substitution and cheating when taking exams remotely. ( see project description )
  • 9. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT At the second stage, we implement: 1 We create our own proctoring system. 2 We organize on our platform the taking of programming exams by "live examiners" online using the proctoring option 3 We organize an internship for programmers on our platform In the course of the internship, graduates of our educational resource (As well as all interested programmers) will be able to participate in the implementation of "Educational projects" (Including projects "To order") 4 We organize "Career Development Center" on our platform In this section, we will help: Compile a resume and prepare a graduate of our educational resource for an interview with an employer. Recordings of interviews with employers will be stored on our resource
  • 10. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT 5 We introduce AI to search candidates for a vacancy. Artificial intelligence software can analyze people on the Internet. By combining all the available information, the program can identify candidates with similar personalities and skills. AI can identify which candidates might be interested in certain jobs and directly send them relevant job advertisements. 6 At the second stage of the project's functioning, it is possible to open our own recruiting agency (feasibility is being discussed)
  • 11. PROJECT MONETIZATION More details can be found by studying the business plan of the project. 1 Income from the sale of paid programming courses to specific people By analogy with the Xsolla project (They have a commission percentage on the sale of computer games), the CLJ project will have a certain commission percentage on the sale of paid courses. It is assumed that the commission percentage will vary from 5 to 15. 2 Paid subscription revenue: Database of resumes of programmers with contacts. Board of vacancies with contacts. We conditionally accept: Programmers (job seekers) pay $5 per month Employers pay $10 per month
  • 12. PROJECT MONETIZATION 3 Income from passing exams to the robot. We take as a basis that the cost of the exam is $10 Of which $3 is for the proctoring service and $7 for the CLJ project. After the implementation of its proctoring system at the second stage of the project, the CLJ project will receive $10 from each exam. 4 Paid advertising revenue It could be a recam: programming courses, Recruiting agencies and independent recruiters, Advertisement for companies interested in hiring full-time and freelance programmers. Advertisements from freelance programmers and programming communities who are interested in getting a job.
  • 13. PROJECT MONETIZATION 5 Income from cooperation of the CLJ project with "Independent Recruiters" Standard recruitment costs typically range from 15% to 20% of a candidate's first annual salary, but can go as high as 30% for hard-to-sell positions. We accept conditionally the annual salary of a programmer $60,000 $5,000 per month The commission is divided in the following proportion: 80% gets "Independent Recruiter" 20% goes to the CLJ project
  • 14. PROJECT DESIGN In the past, web designers have focused on showcasing their design skills by packaging websites with bright illustrations and animations that supposedly delight users. This gave way to Flat design, which opposed all these “artificial” design techniques in favor of a more simplistic, classic digital aesthetic. And while this user-friendly web design style has been around for many years, it is still relevant and popular. Flat design is a minimalist design approach that emphasizes usability. It has a clean open space, crisp edges, bright colors, and 2D illustrations. Microsoft was one of the first to apply this design style to its interface in what some see as a negative reaction to the design that Apple has launched on its interface.
