6.  The leadership of Late Mr. Shahjahan Kabir,
Founder Chairman who had a long dream of floating
a commercial bank which would contribute to the
socio-economic development of our country.
 Mr. Nazrul Islam Mazumder who is an illuminated
business tycoon in the Garments business in
Bangladesh became the Honorable Chairman after
the demise of the honorable founder chairman.
 The Bank starts functioning from 3rd August, 1999
with its name as Bengal Export Import Bank
Limited.

districts around Bangladesh.

12.  Environmental risk is not a part of credit risk;
rather it is a facilitating element of credit risk
when it is linked with the credit risk due to
environmental condition/climate change.
Customers Satisfaction:
 Customer satisfaction means you have had
enough in a good way. When a customer is
satisfied by a product or service, it means that
particular product or service has fulfilled its
consumer’s needs or expectations.

14.  Formulating appropriate policies such as sector
division according to hazard or environmental
risk by the Bangladesh bank will be difficult
because the BB have to work in opposition to
strong corporate bodies.
 Ensuring supervision of projects by government
personnel of corresponding sectors.

 The environment of the branch is pleasant.
 The behavior of the employees is satisfactory. They
are very friendly and helpful.
 There is a good co-ordination among the employees
and the managers.

difficulties or problems.

 The core strength of EXIM bank is its strong and
reliable client base.
