Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

Introducing ourselves. Speaches of the coordinators and one student from each team. 2. Visiting the host school 3. Attending lessons (each team will attend 2 lessons). 4. Presenting the magazine ‘DAIRY PRODUCTS AND HEALTH’ 5. Meeting- Discussing about project implementation issues. All partners will bring the magazine ‘Dairy products and health’, one for each partner. Day 2, Tuesday, 17 May 2016 1. Attending lessons (each team will attend 2 lessons). 2. Presenting the magazine ‘HEALTHY FOOD = HEALTHY BODY’ 3. Meeting – Discussing about current evaluation during the project implementation.
- 2. 2 4. Workshop – Each team of students will create a poster to promote the healthy lifestyle, using the materials provided by the host school. 5. Visiting School life and education museum Christos Tsolakis, Veria, and Sxoli Aristoteles, Naoussa. All partners will bring the magazine ‘Healthy food=healthy body’, one for each partner. Day 3, Wednesday, 18 May 2016 1. Attending lessons (each team will attend 2 lessons). 2. Workshop – The summary the IO2 (FOOD AND DIET) . 3. Presenting the recorded materials about celebrating THE DAY OF HEALTHY LIVING in our school 4. Visiting mayor of Veria and Vergina’s museum. All partners will bring a CD containing recorded materials from celebrating ‘The day of healthy living’ (one for each partner). Day 4, Thursday, 19 May 2016 1. Presenting the recorded lessons about HEALTHY FOOD (part I - Greece, Romania, Turkey, Estonia, Finland). The main objective of the lesson is to develop our students` capacity of selecting the healthy food as a necessity of a healthy lifestyle. The lessons will be recorded on CDs (one for each partner). 2. Discussing about HEALTHY COOKING brochure content. 3. The certificates ceremony. Day 5, Friday, 20 May 2016
