$24,670 per year on tuition, fees and taxes, room and board,
books and supplies, and personal expenses.
 In most cases, the same scholarship, grant, and loan amounts you
receive for on-campus study are applied to the study abroad
program.
 Many scholarship opportunities and grants are available through
MSU & also the college of communications (my college)
 Opportunities to fundraise are available!
 I can ask for more hours to start saving up!
 I want to go to Yellowstone in the summer and work which will
allow me to make a lot of money! (but that’s another story)
 Like the study abroad office says, YOU CAN’T AFFORD NOT TO
GO!
I KNOW THIS IS EXPENSIVE BUT…
 I wouldn’t be using my car, so I wouldn’t have to pay gas.
 I could find a subleaser so I wouldn’t have to pay for the rest
of my apartment.
 There are classes there specifically for my major, so I wouldn’t
fall behind
 It would be not only a great learning experience, but an
amazing cultural experience as well.
 Traveling through MSU and taking classes is cheaper than just
traveling to Greece on my own
 NO BIRTHDAY AND CHRISTMAS GIFTS – I DON’T NEED THEM
