This document provides instructions for an online grammar course. It explains that new content will be made available each Wednesday, including weekly goals, lessons, exercises, assignments, quizzes, and a final test. Students have one week to complete the activities before the next week begins. To receive a certificate of completion, students must achieve an average of 70% on the quizzes and final test and complete all mandatory work by the 8th week of the course. The facilitator, Evania Netto, is available by email to answer questions.

1. Here is the place to meet, to share, to interact and to learn grammar!

2. My name is Evania Netto and I am very happy to be your facilitator in this online experience. I hope that you enjoy the course and that you take the most of it.

3. Now we have some instructions to help you with what to do every week.

4. On Wednesday of each week, at 1:00 pm Brasilia time, we will make the week's work available to you.

5. Every week, you will have the week's goal set out for you. You can click on the title and see what is in store for you that week.

6. As well as the goals, each week brings a lesson covering the questions of the week. You can go through each explanation from start to finish, or choose to look only at the ones you have doubts with.

7. You can go back and view anything as often as you wish, and at any point, if you feel ready, you may go to something else.

8. Also available each week, you will have practice exercises.

9. Again, you can go through and try each exercise from start to finish, or try only the ones you want to reinforce.

10. You may re-do the exercises as often as you like or skip the ones you are sure about.

11. At any point, if you have any doubts, you may send me an e-mail at the address on our database, or post it to our class help desk forum and let your colleagues help.

12. Every week there will be an assignment which we highly recommen d you complete. This is an interactive assignment posted on the weekly forum .

13. There will also be a quiz , which you are required to take.

14. You may re-do or edit the quizzes as often as you wish.

15. Remember, all these activities will be available to you on Wednesday , so you have one week to work with the lessons, the exercises and the quizzes before we start another week.

16. At the end of the course, the final test will be made available to you. This test you may take only once .

17. To receive your certificate of completion, you must achieve a an average of 70% on the quizzes and test .

18. If you weren't able to complete all the tasks within the week, you can still do them during the weeks that follow. However, the deadline for the completion of the course is the last week of the course.

19. This means that you must submit or post all mandatory work at the end of the 8 th week . If you encounter any problems with this deadline, please send me an e-mail explaining the problem and we will try to find a solution, if at all possible.
