Grain processing
complex
The grain processing complex with production capacity of up to 90 t/h is
designed to process and disinfect seeds of grain crops after harvesting and to
motorize loading and unloading works during the following production
processes:
1. Wet disinfection of seeds of grain, legume and industrial crops to improve
their sowing quality and to eliminate pathogenic agents transmitted
through seeds;
2. Loading and unloading of grain stores
3. Loading of grain onto transport vehicles
4. Mechanical shoveling (piling) outside during grain delivery from
harvesters
5. Piling of grain delivered by transport vehicles outside from several hips
into one pile
6. Separation of the light fraction of grain; One characteristic feature of the
МZS-90-20-01 grain thrower is that it is possible to load grain stores up to
6 m high and form high piles on outside threshing floors

Advantages of the grain processing complex
1. The grain processing complex can operate in two modes: throwing and
disinfecting.
2. In the throwing mode the grain processing complex is designed to motorize
loading and unloading works during the following production processes:
 Loading and unloading of grain stores.
 Loading of grain onto transport vehicles.
 Mechanical shoveling (piling) outside during grain delivery from harvesters.
 Outside piling of grain delivered by transport vehicles from harvesters from
several hips into one pile.
3. In the disinfecting mode the grain processing complex is designed to carry out wet
disinfection of seeds of grain, legume and industrial crops.
4. One characteristic feature of the mobile grain processing complex is that it is
possible to load grain stores up to 6 m high and form high piles on outside
threshing floors.
5. The thrower trimmer can turn 135° towards both sides from the longitudinal axis
of the frame so that the use of the grain processing complex is simplified and
significantly extended to various operation:
 continuous loading of grain onto transport vehicles;
 even distribution of the grain during store loading;
 to make grain piles with one ridge after several passes;
 to spread grain from piles to dry on the threshing floor with its consequent
piling back after drying.
6. During grain piling or store loading the grain processing complex can move the
grain to one or other side from the longitudinal axis or pile grain behind itself.
7. The turning thrower enables to form high and narrow pile from low and wide and
vice versa as well to make one pile from several grain heaps.

8. A reliable automated control system of the grain processing complex enables to
fulfil the following technological tasks:
 launch and shut-down of electric engines;
 protection of electric engines against overload;
 protection of wiring against short circuit currents;
 protection of electric engines against self-starting (zero protection).
