I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Because of the growing population in some
communities, enormous volumes of rubbish
accumulate in the community, and the cleanliness of
the community is not maintained. This problem may
also be caused by improper waste segregation.
Rotting trash is also known to emit toxic gases into
the atmosphere, which can cause respiratory
problems in individuals. "BREATHE CLEAN, GO
RECYCLING" is a student and volunteer program
that promotes cleanliness through recycling and
reusing rubbish in a community.
II. BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
III.PROJECT LOCATION MAP
IV. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
• To have a clean and safe environment.
• To aid wastes pollution by recycling and proper segregation
of wastes and disposal.
• To aid the lack of trash bins in the area.
• To make the people aware how to recycle properly/
effectively.
• To help the environment to fight water, land and air pollution
by teaching the people how to properly dispose of their
wastes.
• To promote discipline among people in the community.
•To engage people in environmental programs or voluntary
V. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT
- Through the cleaning operation program, recycling is the main way to
reduce garbage, and it will result in a cleaner, safer, more relaxing,
and more organized community environment.
-There will be recycling signage in each area of the barangay so that
the residents of the chosen barangay can dispose of their garbage
properly.
- People should understand the value of protecting the environment
and how to do so after participating in the clean-up drive operations.
- With the help of the volunteers, the people in the community will
become more aware of the value of the environment in terms of
proper disposal management and segregation.
RISK EFFECTS SOLUTIONS
I. Virus exposure The proponents of this
project could perhaps
come into contact with
areas where there are
potentially contagious
viruses, which could make
them unwell or sick,
especially if they pick up
the covid virus.
To protect themselves,
proponents must behave
more cautiously and
practice self-disinfection;
they will also notice social
withdrawal while working
on the initiative. To
protect themselves from
the virus, they will also
create a safety kit with
items like a facemask, a
face shield, alcohol, or
sanitizer.
VI. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
II. BAD WEATHER It would be challenging
for the project’s
proponents to carry out
their project if the
weather was bad, such as
when there was a sudden
downpour, lightning,
storm, heavy rain,
typhoon, or other natural
calamity. If it continues
in inclement weather, it
could potentially delay the
project’s timeline and
perhaps spread infection
or disease among the
participants.
In order to ensure
everyone’s safety, the
project’s leader will
establish a revised
schedule in consultation
with the members and
participants. The
members will initially
remain in the meeting
location or headquarters
for their safety after a
new deadline for the
project’s completion is
specified.
III. THE PROJECT WORKLOAD
REQUIREMENTS
Heavy work like lifting bulky
things, removing boulders, or
cleaning potentially
dangerous areas may injure
project supporters,
participants, or volunteers,
which may lead to the
project’s termination.
The project’s proponents will
request support or assistance
from the authorities to ensure
the safety of everyone
present during the real
project, and they will prepare
a first aid kit or other safety
equipment before the
operation to safeguard all of
its participants.
IV. LACK OF RESOURCES The project can come to an
abrupt end, face a delay in
completion, or fail to meet
its goals altogether.
The group will be gathered by
the leader, who will then
debate potential solutions to
the resource shortage. The
proponents could ask the
authorities and residents of
the community for assistance.
V. THE UNWILLINGNESS OR
RELUCTANT OF THE
PARTICIPANTS TO ASSIST
The participants can
experience social anxiety,
which could lead to dispute
over resources and
postpone the project
itself.
In order for everyone to
participate in the project,
the leader will encourage
everyone in the group and
serve as a moderator.
Additionally, he will remind
each member of the group
of the project’s intended
purpose.
VI. MISCOMMUNICATION
OR DISAGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY,
PARTICIPANTS,
VOLUNTEERS, AND
ADVOCATES
The project may suffer
from the proponents’
failure to carry out their
tasks or action plan, which
would be inefficient and
ineffective.
The leader will instruct
everyone to maintain their
composure, discuss any
issues or conflicts with
them, and convince them to
resolve them so that
everyone will work
together and enjoy
themselves while working
on the project.
VII. MISHAPS AND
MINOR INJURIES
Events that are
inevitable when
working outside that
could result in damage
or injury from a
chance occurrence.
In order to avoid any
potentially harmful
events, proponents
must always be aware
and take care of
themselves.
VIII. DANGEROUS
ONLOOKERS
When encountering or
meeting new people,
it’s possible that they
won’t always be kind
and in certain
situations, they might
even be dangerous.
To avoid potential
risk, proponents must
at all costs maintain
their vigilance.
Additionally, respect
is necessary in these
situations.

We in group 7 all agreed to give a particular amount of money to the
project since we all understand how crucial funds are when working on
a project, especially when numerous supplies need to be bought. This
is the most practical way to raise money. In other words, a willingness
to contribute their own money is one of our main sources of support
for this project. In addition, here are some alternative ideas we think
we can earn and add to our funds. First is to collect plastic bottles
from every community member and sell them later. Second is that we
are able to solicit donations from friends who own businesses,
barangay officials, or SK in our community. Lastly we look for any
volunteers who are willing to help with the project initiative. The
funds raised will be used to pay for a variety of proposal-related
expenses as well as to purchase the tools, materials, and equipment
needed for the duration of the project.

XI. MONITORING AND
EVALUATION
Monitoring and evaluation of this project will be done every
Sunday of the week, starting from 7am until 9am. The
members will be assigned to different areas to clean and
the leader shall be the one who will assign the members. In
addition to this, the monitoring of the areas will also be
observed and checked by the leader. There will be a photo
documentation for proof and evidence every Sunday that
will be presented by the leader. This documentation would
be a big help to document all the changes, improvement, and
the success of the project.

"BREATHE CLEAN, GO RECYCLING" is a student and volunteer program that promotes cleanliness through recycling and reusing rubbish in a community. II. BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
  • 6. IV. PROJECT OBJECTIVES • To have a clean and safe environment. • To aid wastes pollution by recycling and proper segregation of wastes and disposal. • To aid the lack of trash bins in the area. • To make the people aware how to recycle properly/ effectively. • To help the environment to fight water, land and air pollution by teaching the people how to properly dispose of their wastes. • To promote discipline among people in the community. •To engage people in environmental programs or voluntary
  • 7. V. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT - Through the cleaning operation program, recycling is the main way to reduce garbage, and it will result in a cleaner, safer, more relaxing, and more organized community environment. -There will be recycling signage in each area of the barangay so that the residents of the chosen barangay can dispose of their garbage properly. - People should understand the value of protecting the environment and how to do so after participating in the clean-up drive operations. - With the help of the volunteers, the people in the community will become more aware of the value of the environment in terms of proper disposal management and segregation.
  • 8. RISK EFFECTS SOLUTIONS I. Virus exposure The proponents of this project could perhaps come into contact with areas where there are potentially contagious viruses, which could make them unwell or sick, especially if they pick up the covid virus. To protect themselves, proponents must behave more cautiously and practice self-disinfection; they will also notice social withdrawal while working on the initiative. To protect themselves from the virus, they will also create a safety kit with items like a facemask, a face shield, alcohol, or sanitizer. VI. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
  • 9. II. BAD WEATHER It would be challenging for the project’s proponents to carry out their project if the weather was bad, such as when there was a sudden downpour, lightning, storm, heavy rain, typhoon, or other natural calamity. If it continues in inclement weather, it could potentially delay the project’s timeline and perhaps spread infection or disease among the participants. In order to ensure everyone’s safety, the project’s leader will establish a revised schedule in consultation with the members and participants. The members will initially remain in the meeting location or headquarters for their safety after a new deadline for the project’s completion is specified.
  • 10. III. THE PROJECT WORKLOAD REQUIREMENTS Heavy work like lifting bulky things, removing boulders, or cleaning potentially dangerous areas may injure project supporters, participants, or volunteers, which may lead to the project’s termination. The project’s proponents will request support or assistance from the authorities to ensure the safety of everyone present during the real project, and they will prepare a first aid kit or other safety equipment before the operation to safeguard all of its participants. IV. LACK OF RESOURCES The project can come to an abrupt end, face a delay in completion, or fail to meet its goals altogether. The group will be gathered by the leader, who will then debate potential solutions to the resource shortage. The proponents could ask the authorities and residents of the community for assistance.
  • 11. V. THE UNWILLINGNESS OR RELUCTANT OF THE PARTICIPANTS TO ASSIST The participants can experience social anxiety, which could lead to dispute over resources and postpone the project itself. In order for everyone to participate in the project, the leader will encourage everyone in the group and serve as a moderator. Additionally, he will remind each member of the group of the project’s intended purpose. VI. MISCOMMUNICATION OR DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY, PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS, AND ADVOCATES The project may suffer from the proponents’ failure to carry out their tasks or action plan, which would be inefficient and ineffective. The leader will instruct everyone to maintain their composure, discuss any issues or conflicts with them, and convince them to resolve them so that everyone will work together and enjoy themselves while working on the project.
  • 12. VII. MISHAPS AND MINOR INJURIES Events that are inevitable when working outside that could result in damage or injury from a chance occurrence. In order to avoid any potentially harmful events, proponents must always be aware and take care of themselves. VIII. DANGEROUS ONLOOKERS When encountering or meeting new people, it’s possible that they won’t always be kind and in certain situations, they might even be dangerous. To avoid potential risk, proponents must at all costs maintain their vigilance. Additionally, respect is necessary in these situations.

  • 20. We in group 7 all agreed to give a particular amount of money to the project since we all understand how crucial funds are when working on a project, especially when numerous supplies need to be bought. This is the most practical way to raise money. In other words, a willingness to contribute their own money is one of our main sources of support for this project. In addition, here are some alternative ideas we think we can earn and add to our funds. First is to collect plastic bottles from every community member and sell them later. Second is that we are able to solicit donations from friends who own businesses, barangay officials, or SK in our community. Lastly we look for any volunteers who are willing to help with the project initiative. The funds raised will be used to pay for a variety of proposal-related expenses as well as to purchase the tools, materials, and equipment needed for the duration of the project. IX. SOURCE OF FUNDS

  • 22. XI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION Monitoring and evaluation of this project will be done every Sunday of the week, starting from 7am until 9am. The members will be assigned to different areas to clean and the leader shall be the one who will assign the members. In addition to this, the monitoring of the areas will also be observed and checked by the leader. There will be a photo documentation for proof and evidence every Sunday that will be presented by the leader. This documentation would be a big help to document all the changes, improvement, and the success of the project.
