Analyst, Regulatory Operations (Jan 2015 – Present)
Working as an Analyst in the Regulatory Operations team which manages the Regulatory
rule changes and implementation of those rules across different trading desk in the firm
globally. It is also responsible in answering different queries from Regulators and working
closely with compliance and legal in filing the disclosure in them market.
Following are the key Job Responsibilities:
• Timely investigation and resolution of exceptions generated during the reporting process/
cycle;
• Coordinate the remediation of reporting anomalies;
• Engage in the testing and implementation of rule changes that impact reporting processes;
• Document functional requirements for technology to describe the required changes to
reporting processes as a result of rule changes or other change management initiatives;
• Recommend infrastructure and reporting improvements;
• Develop global partnerships across Operations, broader Federation and the business area
in order to help implement initiatives;
• Proactively assist the business, operations, compliance, and IT management in
understanding the impact of business initiatives on regulatory reporting;
• Analyze regulatory inquiries related to trade, transaction or position data;

 Filling Disclosures: Currently managing the review of all the Asia regulatory reports
submitted to the Asia Regulators and in the markets in Beneficial ownership space
both in position and transaction reporting for securities and derivatives markets
trading.
 Regulatory Queries: Managed and handled different conversations with Asia
regulators and worked closely with compliance and legal teams in pitching the
reporting done by the firm to different regulators in both Transaction and Position
space (Jan 2015 – Jan 2016)

2. Projects & Initiatives:
 Worked on Projects to enhance reconciliation abilities for Fixed Income
products leading to savings realization for the firm.
 Written Business requirement documents for different rule changes to be
implemented by Tech systems in order to report out accurate Trades to the
regulators
 Key member of the team to validate Technological changes and
advancements. Manage 7-10 UATs on an average annually.
 Handled different projects to interpret the rules given by the regulator and
helped technology to understand the rule and enhance the systems
accordingly.
