Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
How Race, Age and Gender Shape Attitudes Towards Mental HealthThinkNow
Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

1. Google Sniper 2 Exposed
Visit Link above for the official G Sniper 2 Website!
http://cpaleadexposed.com/
Just like George says, the difference between average online marketers and super
affiliates is just being able to find something that works and duplicate it, over and
over again! It really is that simple. So let’s talk about making sure that Google
Sniper 2 will be the system that works for you!
Step 1 : My Way of Finding a Google Sniper 2 Niche
I am pretty lazy by nature, so if there is anything that makes something easier, I am
on it. With that in mind, I like to use ClickBank for almost all of my Google Sniper 2
products. You certainly don’t have to and there is a lot to be said for other affiliate
networks like PayDotCom, NeverBlue, Commission Junction, or Pepperjam Network ,
just to name a few. It has been my experience though, that ClickBank tracks
everything perfectly and has never given me any issues. Besides, I am about to
disclose a method to use ClickBank that you may never have heard of before. All the
better for our Super Sniping methods, right?
Once you’ve created your affiliate account on ClickBank and are pretty well versed,
head over to the Marketplace (see diagram below) and enter a niche you may be
interested in, say "Lose Weight", into the box next to keywords: You keep the
settings as they are everywhere else except for “Sort results by:” Here you want to
select “High Gravity” More on that in a moment…
Once you do that, you will be taken to a page which shows your results. Pay
attention to the gravity rating of the resulting products. If you have a couple over
30.00 gravity, then you have a product that will convert nicely with Google Sniper 2!
By the way, the amount of gravity refers to the amount of affiliates per week that
have made at least one sale of the product in question.
Check out the screen shot on the next page…
[1]
2. Now that’s what I call super easy right? Now, check this out…
A lot of the time, if there is a super hot product that is coming out, and you want to
use the Sniper method to make some quick cash from that product, how do you do
it?
People ask me all the time, how I find out about new hot products so early. Believe
me, timing is EVERYTHING when you want to capitalize on a hot product launch.
So here is my secret, using a ClickBank specific site called: CBEngine. Don’t worry,
this is all free stuff, although there is a paid addition that you can take advantage of if
you want. Anyway… where was I? Oh yeah, CBEngine.
This site is awesome! Check out the screen shot on the next page, and I will show
you.
[2]
what works wonders for finding out the skinny about ClickBank products before
almost anyone else does.
3. First of all, you see on the right there, towards the bottom of the page? There is a
section titled “Top Gravity.” Right away, you can see what the very best products are
on ClickBank in regards to gravity!
Now, I want you to pay very close attention to the column along the left had side of
the page.
Under “Find Products”, you will see a list of specific searches that you can do till your
hearts content and find products for your Sniper sites galore! For example, you
remember how I told you that you could find successful ClickBank products before
anyone else? Well… if you click on “New Products”, you will find ALL the relevant
information you need in order to start promoting a product that looks like a
winner. As with all things, make sure you do your due diligence and research,
research, research, to ensure your success.
[3]
4. This is just the tip of the ice burg folks. Play around on CBEngine for awhile. The
inside information you find there will blow you away!
Gettin excited yet? You should be. You are a few steps away from making the BIG
bucks!
Step 2 : Keyword Research, Sniper Style
Now, I am about to be VERY, very honest with you. If anyone tells you keyword
research is not that important, think again! Make sure you follow George’s advice on
this to the letter. There is only one teeny, tiny, thing that George forgot to mention
regarding his keyword research using the Google Adwords Tool.
Pay attention to the screen shot below:
Towards the middle of the page on the right, you MUST select “Exact” as your Match
Type: This will ensure you keep your keywords laser targeted. If you keep your match
type set to “Broad”, you will not get the results you are looking for.
[4]
5. Step 3 : Back Linking, Back Linking, Back Linking
I’ve saved the most important thing for last. Before you say anything, I know what
you are thinking. George says, “no back-linking needed.” You know what? For the
most part this is true. Google Sniper sites are pretty much self sufficient on their
own.
This is my challenge to you. Why not be MORE successful with the sites you put up?
Why not out rank even authority sites for your selected keyword(s)? Why be limited
to 7000 competing sites when you use the Google Adwords tool?
This is the thing… If you implement a very simple and straightforward back linking
strategy. You can double or triple your results! This is the part where I virtually
guarantee your success with this system.
THIS is why over 90% of my Google Sniper sites are within the TOP 3 sites on the first
page of Google! Do you understand how much that is worth in regards to organic
traffic? Below is an example of a Google Sniper site I put up not too long ago:
Check it out:
[5]
6. That’s my Sniper site in the #2 position on the first page of Google! Now, take a
closer look. My keyword phrase is “Natural Pregnancy Tips” In quotes it is #2 out of
119,000 competing websites. Without quotes it is also in #2 on the first page of
Google out of 9,020,000 competing websites!
Wanna know how I did that? BACK LINKING!
There are plenty of ways to back link for free. In fact if you do a Google search for
back linking or how to back link for free, you will find methods to get this done. The
only thing is back linking is long and tedious work. I will assume that you have better
things to do with your time. I know I do, so I found a way to get back links that is
nearly free and will cut 9/10ths of your work, and works like a charm.
This secret tactic is called Angelas Backlinks These things work like you wouldn’t
believe! The cost is $5.00 per month, but I don’t think you could invest your money
in a better way if you want to truly succeed with this method.
Last Words
I hope this guide has been helpful. You will be much more successful with Goole
Sniper 2 if you implement these strategies. If you haven’t already, make sure to
purchase Google Sniper 2 via my link ->HERE.
To your Success,
Ryan Lima
