5. Google Calendar
• Uses:
• Keep up with meeting, orientations, holidays, etc.
• Share your calendar with coworkers
• Schedule virtual conferences through Google Calendar
• Here’s how you get to your calendar:
• Find this icon, click it
• Then, find the Calendar icon

You should come to this screen: To add an event to your calendar:
• Click the RED create button
• You should come to this screen
• If you would like to schedule a virtual
conference or video call:
• Add the attendee(s) email address
• Click Save

• Once the event has been created and the day of the event arrives:
• Find the date of the event and click on it
• This window will pop up
• Click Join meeting to initiate the video call (must have a camera and
microphone)

Simply log into your Google account, go to Drive, and drag & drop your document into
