• Нерухомість - це земельні ділянки, а також об’єкти,
розташовані на земельній ділянці, переміщення яких є
неможливим без їх знецінення та зміни їх призначення.
• Підприємництво у сфері нерухомості –це діяльність з
проектування, будівництва та управління об’єктами житлової
нерухомості, а саме багатоквартирними будинками, котеджами,
індивідуальних будинків, таунхаусів; а також комерційної
нерухомості: готелями, офісами, бізнес-центрами складами,
торговельними приміщеннями, розважальними комплексами.
3. Фактори, що впливають на стан і розвиток
ринку нерухомості
1) економічні (темпи зростання ВВП, кредитно-грошова політика, темпи
інфляції, інвестиційний клімат, зайнятість та купівельна спроможність
населення);
2) політичні (представлені обмеженнями, які застосовує держава, щодо
функціонування ринку нерухомості, наприклад : нормативно-правова база,
ступінь державної інтервенції у ринкові процеси, тощо);
