MACHINE GOLD GRAVITY CONCENTRATION
INTRODUCTION OF GOLD GRAVITY CONCENTRATION
The De-sliming in the process is the most critical part of the procedure. Slime tends to put the heavy minerals into a suspension which carries
the minerals and metals with it and the result is the poor or insignificant in a gravity separation system.
This System is designed to firstly rid the material from slime and then separate the desired material from silica and other unwanted residues.
The classifier in the system are designed to take in material at a high velocity with Asg of 1,3 or less.A surface active agent is added to the
recycled water to enhance the separation process.Inside the classifier the water flow is reduced by mesna of a wear system that reduces the
veloctiy from ultra-high to virtually zero.This process allows coarse material as well as heavy particles to drop and the slime fraction to
overflow. the overflow goes to another wearer sump where the water is sepearated from the slime. Water goes back into the system. Slime
is checked for metal residues and pumped away to the slimes dam.The system is for proof and fast.

Gold CIP Production Line adsorbs gold from cyaniding pulp by active carbon including 7 steps: leaching pulp preparation, cyaniding leaching,
carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, pregnant solution electrodeposit, carbon regeneration, leaching pulp.It is very useful gold
recovery method in mineral processing.
gold EPC project in Sudan mainly adopt the method of carbon absorption. This method adsorbs gold from cyaniding pulp by active carbon
including 7 steps: leaching pulp preparation, cyaniding leaching, carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, pregnant solution
electrodeposit, carbon regeneration, leaching pulp, which received a high recovery rate of 92.5%.
Impurity removing of gold CIP production line
Before the adsorption of cyaniding pulp, remove the wood chips to avoid it adsorbs the gold and blocks the carbon screen.
Leaching and adsorption of gold CIP production line
Adding carbon in the leaching tank; the carbon absorbs gold becoming gold loaded carbon. After adsorption, carbon screen separates the
carbon and pulp.

GOLD PLACER PROCESSING METHOD
INTRODUCTION OF GOLD PLACER PROCESSING METHOD
Gold Placer(Alluvial Gold Processing) which is a king of gold ore by river alluvial generated.Alluvial deposit is the result of long-term
continuous sorting by river stream, general with large distribution area, the length could be a few kilometers or up to tens of kilometers ,
while width could be and a few meters or up to several hundred meters. Gold placer has a good degree of dissociation, and large differences
in proportion, generally adopt gravity sorting method(gravity processing method) to select gold ore.
Gold Placer,Alluvial gold beneficiation process is applicable to rivers, ancient river, beach placer deposits. Production Capacity Scale is vary in
needs.
Generally,this Alluvial River Gold processing flow is to use screening machine to remove the large particles , centrifugal gold machine use for
roughing dressing, and shaking table for concentrating to select gold ore.
EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION AND PROCESS STEPS
Raw Ore directly goes into the double layer drum screen machine from receiving
hopper, the receiving hopper will surrounded by one circle of water sprayer pipe,
which contains water valve. Inner layer is perforated screen sieve, sieve 20mm; outer
layer equipped with metal mesh, mesh 2mm. This rotary screen machine,
trommel ,gold ore trommel is with double water pipe containing water valve. The
oversize ore will return back , and under-size ore will send to centrifugal gold machine
for roughing dressing(rough dressing, rough selection of gold ore). Concentrated ore
into the buffer mixing tank. Continuous and stable slurry Mixing tank in feed shaking
table ore slurry continuous and stably, the shaking table will produce fine gold ores,
and tailings will be drop off.

CIL process (CIL) is developed on the basis of the CIP, it has the advantage of
reducing the number of tank leaching, shorten the process, thus reducing
infrastructure investment and production costs; adsorption side edge extraction,
improved dissolution kinetics of gold school conditions conducive to gold extraction
and adsorption. Precisely because of CIL process than the CIP has obvious
advantages, so the current design of the new CIP plant abroad to use more carbon
leaching process.

MACHINE GOLD GRAVITY CONCENTRATION INTRODUCTION OF GOLD GRAVITY CONCENTRATION The De-sliming in the process is the most critical part of the procedure. Slime tends to put the heavy minerals into a suspension which carries the minerals and metals with it and the result is the poor or insignificant in a gravity separation system. This System is designed to firstly rid the material from slime and then separate the desired material from silica and other unwanted residues. The classifier in the system are designed to take in material at a high velocity with Asg of 1,3 or less.A surface active agent is added to the recycled water to enhance the separation process.Inside the classifier the water flow is reduced by mesna of a wear system that reduces the veloctiy from ultra-high to virtually zero.This process allows coarse material as well as heavy particles to drop and the slime fraction to overflow. the overflow goes to another wearer sump where the water is sepearated from the slime. Water goes back into the system. Slime is checked for metal residues and pumped away to the slimes dam.The system is for proof and fast. GOLD PLACER PROCESSING METHOD INTRODUCTION OF GOLD PLACER PROCESSING METHOD Gold Placer(Alluvial Gold Processing) which is a king of gold ore by river alluvial generated.Alluvial deposit is the result of long-term continuous sorting by river stream, general with large distribution area, the length could be a few kilometers or up to tens of kilometers , while width could be and a few meters or up to several hundred meters. Gold placer has a good degree of dissociation, and large differences in proportion, generally adopt gravity sorting method(gravity processing method) to select gold ore. Gold Placer,Alluvial gold beneficiation process is applicable to rivers, ancient river, beach placer deposits. Production Capacity Scale is vary in needs. Inner layer is perforated screen sieve, sieve 20mm; outer layer equipped with metal mesh, mesh 2mm. This rotary screen machine, trommel ,gold ore trommel is with double water pipe containing water valve. The oversize ore will return back , and under-size ore will send to centrifugal gold machine for roughing dressing(rough dressing, rough selection of gold ore). Concentrated ore into the buffer mixing tank. Continuous and stable slurry Mixing tank in feed shaking table ore slurry continuous and stably, the shaking table will produce fine gold ores, and tailings will be drop off.
