The student is asked to write down 4 goals, pick one to focus on, break it into attainable steps with deadlines, identify resources and obstacles, describe what achieving the goal will look and feel like, set expected scores and get their teacher's expectations, identify challenges in meeting expectations and needed support, and later review their progress and how they rewarded themselves.
