Goals
Are ‘WHAT’ of the project.
They are of broader spectrum and of high level.
It referenced to cost, time, speed, quality, requirements, costumers, etc.
It should be emotional vivid and strong to be acted upon.
Objectives
Are ‘HOW’ of the project.
They are of narrow spectrum and low singular level.
Therefore, they are small but concrete steps.
They follow ‘SMART’ rule.

M = Measureable
A = Achievable
R = Realistic
T = Time bound
