What We Do
Go Interactive! / App2U company focus on providing of the IT
offshore outsourcing & outstaffing services; digital products &
services development and support.

Our Mission
We provide high quality Client tailored management and
technological services in the IT industry and outsourcing. Our
services are aimed to solve our Client’s business goals.
Our approach is to be valuable partner in development of Client’s
business.
Our Value Proposal – we provide business solutions which solve
business problems.
Development workflow processes
Building an offshore team with agile
Time Overlap

Web and Video conferencing

We have at least two hours overlap with Client’s
team to be able to communicate in real time.
This greatly improves information exchange
and builds cohesiveness of the team.

Use of video conferencing creates a sense of
proximity of team members. In today’s day
these tools are free. This creates for a very
productive atmosphere.

Short sprints

Data Repository

Fail fast, fail early is one of the agile
fundamental principles. By having your sprints
one or two weeks you can see progress quickly
and take corrective actions when needed.

We create an easily accessible data repository
and collaboration site for each project.

Define “Done”
A product owners must clearly define ‘done’
criteria. Inability to constantly communicate
requires remote teams to function on their
own.

Have a strong leader at each office
We have a strong leader at every location. Each
team must feel enabled to move forward and
make things happened.

Motivation programs
Together with our Clients, we organize variety
of exchange programs. Ukrainian talents could
travel to international offices, and foreign
colleagues are welcome in Ukraine, for both:
work and leisure.

Email usage
Do not use email as a primary method of
discussions and decision making. Also don’t use
email to store product documentation. Use
person-to-person communication to make
decision and store all the information in your
data sharing repository. This makes it
searchable, accessible, and trackable. Email is
still a great tool, but it shouldn’t be the only or
primary communication tool.
Pricing models
Engagement and Pricing models Correlation
Pricing models
Cost+ Model Basics
Definition
❖

Also known as ”open-book” pricing. The client pays the vendor for the actual
cost of the service plus a markup

How it works
❖
❖

Client and vendor agree on hourly or monthly of resources, structure of other
expenses reimbursement, vendor markup
Monthly efforts are invoiced plus pre-approved expenses

Key Features
❖

Transparency:
◆
From staff and salary and bonuses to complete cost structure

❖

Premium Paid:
◆
Percentage of everyone employees salary and associated costs

❖

Reimbursement
◆
All additional expenses: travel, equipment, licenses etc

When Applied
❖
❖
❖

Extension of client team
Early stages of relationships to get acquainted with the market
Often staff works client premises
Pricing models
Cost+ Model Specifics
Pros
❖
❖
❖

Guaranteed profitability (markup)
Low investments (infrastructure – reimbursed, recruitment)
Low risks (responsible only for infrastructure, security, hiring, not delivery)

Cons
❖
❖
❖

Low profitability (open books, markup is around 5-10%)
Low chances of expertise development (team associates with the client)
Low chances to show value added, build strategic relationship

Underwater stones
❖
❖
❖

Fixed overhead may lead to loss of margin (salary increase, travel)
Exchange rates create salary negotiation confusion
Non-solicitation or a premium for it is a must
