This creates an environment ripe for compliance issues related to incorrect reporting, as well as extensive gaps in operational efficiency. 02. Exposure Due to corporate guidelines and federal regulation regarding advertising, cannabusinesses operating in compliance with state laws are still prohibited from utilizing digital and traditional methods often available to other businesses. 03. Data & Analytics With regulation and reporting still undefined, companies operating in the space are left to gather data manually. Many of the methods used are rudimentary and time consuming, leaving ample room for errors in aggregation and calculation.

Oklahoma is outpacing states such as Florida and Pennsylvania in the average number of patient licenses issued daily. By comparison the state population of Florida is 6X that of Oklahoma while Pennsylvania is 3X that of The Sooner State. Oklahoma leads both in average daily patient growth and amount of MMJ patients as a percentage of the total population. 05
  • 7. 06 ACHIEVEMENT GOALS YEAR 1 $250K 400 1 $250,000 SUBSCRIPTION REVENUE Entering into the second year of operations, beginning May 2020, the goal for annual recurring revenue from subscriptions should top $250,000. 400 OKLAHOMA BUSINESSES At approximately 400 subscribers, the marketplace reaches the $250,000 annual revenue target. 1 ADDITIONAL STATE LAUNCHED Our goal is to finalize development of the product based on continued Phase One operations in Oklahoma, with a goal of launching into a secondary state by Q3 2020. CUSTOM ORDERS Fulfillment of Custom Orders on the marketplace by contracted brokers provides opportunities for revenue on products not listed by subscribing Brands. BRAND SUBSCRIPTIONS Brands on the marketplace will be incur subscriptions based on tiered feature sets and number of retailers managed in app. RETAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS With loyalty incentives such as Cannabux and monthly promotions ,annual retail subscriptions will be introduced in the same fashion as a Prime membership with Amazon. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Management of the logistical process, from distribution through to delivery, present opportunities for revenue sharing with third parties or launch of direct order fulfillment. ORDER MANAGEMENT The agility of the GO GO CANNABIZ platform allows for direct 1 X 1 order management allowing brands to accept online orders for a low monthly subscription. 08
  • 10. 09 OUR ASK The company is seeking to raise equity and/or debt financing from accredited investors in order to scale sales and client support operations, continue to develop industry differentiating functionality and provide a financial runway to deployment of the app to new markets. It is the goal of the company to acquire investment totaling more than $1MM in the next 8-12 months.

These funds will be used to contract and train an experienced sales force for outbounding efforts. Operations & SupportOngoing operations and technical support for the modular based software platform is estimated to cost approximately $1000 - $1500 per month in the current hosted scenario. Marketing Marketing efforts include social media, tradeshows, email and other forms of promoting the brand, as well as updates to existing and prospective users. Ongoing Development The second most capital- intensive endeavor relates to ongoing development of the software feature set in order to further enhance the UX.

  1. The approach taken by Oklahoma regulators has allowed businesses to enter the cannabis market relatively uninhibited to this point. With the launch of more staunch oversight looming, added pressure will become present as companies scramble to become compliant in what we assume will be a relatively short grace period.
