2. How do you define success in
life?
In my opinion, success means that when you set a
border or goal that you haven’t achieved in your life. For
example, for now you own a Toyota Hilux 4wd and that’s
your limit but, you go beyond it and buy BMW car when
you can afford it. That’s the meaning of success.
Besides, we must not betray people or do bad things to
people for our selfishness and get success. If we stay
away from this, we can feel happier and peaceful
because we achieve it in a correct way.
3. What might be a global definition of
success?
For human being, success is when you achieve
something that can’t afford by other people find hard to
achieve. For example, we consider one of India’s
greatest mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujam as a
successful man after he invented many mathematic
formula. He is a member of Royal Society at University
of Cambridge.
Success also has many aspects such money, property,
achievement, spiritual and so on. That means each
people in this world have different view about success.
What does matter, how much you are willing to sacrifice
for your success.
4. How do you define success in
life?
To my mind, being truly successful means to
achieve your personal life goals whatever they
are. Not necessarily should it have anything to
do with material possessions.
One can measure their success with wealth and
social status, while the other may consider
themselves the most successful person on
Earth having a happy family and an activity
they’ve got a passion for.
5. What might be a global definition of
success?
Merriam-Webster defines it as "the fact of getting or
achieving wealth, respect, or fame," but this
interpretation doesn't feel complete.
I’d love to refer to a quote by Arianna Huffington,
Huffington Post founder, as I totally agree with it,
In my opinion, these four elements comprise success in
the most global understanding of it.
“To live the lives we truly want and deserve, and not just the lives
we settle for, we need a Third Metric,” she says, “a third measure
of success that goes beyond the two metrics of money and
power, and consists of four pillars: well-being, wisdom, wonder,
and giving.“
6. Russia and Malaysia
Differences Similarities
One concentrates on what is
already achieved and the other
focuses on what has yet to be
reached
Alongside with mentioning material
benefits, both include spiritual
elements in their definitions
While giving an example, one
describes a tangible thing, while the
other emphasizes emotional
satisfaction
Both admit that different points of
view on the definition of success
may exist
