Global warming is threatening the planet through melting ice caps and rising sea levels. Scientific findings show the arctic regions are melting the fastest and areas like Europe, Alaska, Greenland are at high risk of flooding in the coming years. This is due to multiple factors like pollution depleting the ozone layer, acid rain eroding glaciers faster, and carbon emissions trapping heat. Recent data shows over 200,000 square miles less Arctic ice and melting rates of over 0.25 km of ice thickness per decade, contributing to rising temperatures worldwide.

3. The concern As you might have been informed by many reports but the earth our planet is in serious danger of being subject to a phenomena known as Global Warming. Environmentalist have found that there is a large possibility in which the earth in a future can become flooded with what would be today the polar ice caps and other continental size glaciers. With our proximity to the center of our solar system, the sun, earth was just perfect enough to become fertile and produce living inhabitants. With the millennia for which our planet is known to be in existence there have been many factors to which can disturb the necessary dynamic to which allows life to continue on this planet. Research has found that the atmosphere is becoming depleted and that it will in turn result in the over heating of this world. Scientific Findings It has been covered by years and years of scientific findings that the regions which are under the most serious watch are the arctic areas of the planet are closest to flooding opposed to equatorial regions. By Measuring the Oceanic balance to the glacier formations one can weight the difference between Sea water which is produced by the melting of possible erosion of the glaciers. Years back there were an amount of tons of ocean to be reported and now after decades there is a higher amount of ocean to be found. These Scientists are reporting that the areas around the very north Europe such as North Central Eurasia, Alaska Yukon, Greenland and so fourth area at definite risk in upcoming years.

Not only pollution of the air is to take responsibility of the atmosphere giving way to the suns Ultraviolet rays then melting our polar regions, but there have been reports of Acid Rains causing the glaciers of ice to erode at a more rapid rate. When the tons of carbon are let loose into the sky they not only deplete the ozone but they can be known to collect into the clouds and then be precipitated as acid and toxic in the more rainy areas such as the polar and arctic's.

New Findings There are some new finding which have measure the arctic regions of having a tremendous difference in the amount of ice which have been recording of having since decades of recordings have been kept. A difference of a couple of hundred thousand square miles have been recorded of having the less of Ice which is a clear sign of melting and rapid decrease of stabilization of the arctic's. Siberian Excavators have statistics of there being about 12.25 Kilometers of Ice know in the north pole since 1979. Now in a report for 2010 there is quite a bit less, it is now at 12.00 Kilometers. Which presents a difference in the amount of Ice which is normally recorded in the region.

7. Temperature Change With the ice melting at the rate in which it is there is a considerable affect on the temperature of that particular region as well as the temperature around the world. What is happening is that with the less Ice and Glaciers the temperature of the arctic remains at a low temperature but the re-growth of ice and glaciers is not productive and contributes to the heating up of the area. If the arctic cannot produce ice and Glaciers it will produce more and more sea and water, What it is that we don't want.

8. Arctic Persona With a term called Arctic Oscillation there are pressures which control the actions of the arctic weather. Of recent there has been a negative Oscillation coming from the Arctic regions which have led to High portions of pressure forcing winds and warming the temperature of the regions. No one yet has a solution for these findings. But as the Atmospheric concern built and transformed into a dilemma which the world chose to call attention to and to remedy so will these problems.
