Installing the software
The following requirements are needed to run the software:

The .net framework 4.0 is required to run the ‘Document Marketing Robot’ software.
If you are running a virtual machine on the mac you need to have hardware id’s enabled in your VM software. The
software is known to work with

- VMware
- Parallels

The software will not work with ‘Virtual Box’ as the software does not support Hardware Keys and you will
experience the software crashing on start-up due to this.

The following is required to run the software on windows.

On windows xp / Windows Vista / windows 7 / windows 2008
a. .net framework 4.0

.net Framework downloads:

** Errors whilst running? Possible .net framework corruption **

If the framework files have been corrupted by another application they need to be fixed...

First try a re-installation of the frameworks as above...

If this fails you need to read the following:

If you getting errors such as the following that refer to the ‘system.management’ libraries you have a corrupt .net
framework install and this MUST be fixed before the software will run. This is a problem corruption on your machine
and not with the software.

Use the above links to fix this issue, if this fails then contact Microsoft for a solution to fix the corruption.

You may be able to re-apply the last service pack for your operating system to fix the issue. This isn’t a support issue
that we can fix for you.

NOTE: under windows 7 and windows vista you need to be running the software as the admin user.

If you are running under windows 2008 server then you need to be ‘EXPLICITLY’ RUNNING AS THE ROOT ADMIN. If
you are not then the software will not be able to post via the 128 bit internet explorer browser due to windows
2008 server inbuilt browser security.

Connection Errors
You need to ensure that the software exe -> seolinkrobot.exe

Has been added to both your 'firewall' and anti-virus exception lists

Note: The software will not run if you have ‘Comodo’ firewall software installed. Regardless if this is disabled or the
software added to the ‘exception list’ the comodo software kills the threading processes within the software.

The only solution is to uninstall comodo software. There is no work around for this.

You need to follow the following

- If you're using Vista/windows 7 or windows 2008, please right click and select 'Run as Admin'.
- Did you use a firewall? Make sure to allow the connection for this program.
- This may be caused because you're using a Non-English version of windows.

You need to also check the following 2 areas:

Firewall

Your firewall may be blocking the software from connecting to the internet and may get the following errors:

1) Spinner functions are throwing errors
2) Cannot verify the license
3) Cannot verify

Proxies

You need to check your proxies are valid and are out the issue.

1) Try changing the proxy ip address
2) Check your proxy provider isn’t the issue.
a. Try without a proxy? Does this post...
i. Yes then it’s your proxy provider that has the issue and not the software. Proxy bonanza is a
prime example of a provider that re-authenticated too quickly and causes post to fail due to
the re-auth.
b. No still doesn’t post. You need to do the other checks as outlined in this document. I.e. Firewall
settings, anti-virus, internet explorer settings etc.

Note that the proxies you are using may be valid but may be using IP Addresses that are blocked on the sites being
posted to. You need to contact your proxy provider to get the ip’s changed. This is a fault of the provider and not the
software. This is the same with the VPN ip’s.

If the postings are timing out, you need to find faster proxies OR your connection is the issue.

Start-up Soap Exception
If you experience the following error

You are running an old version of the software and require the latest updates from here:


1) Uninstall your current version
2) Install the new version of the software
3) Issue fixed

General Rules for Connection Issues if all else fails

If you’re getting a lot of time-out and connection errors you need to check the following are in place

1) Add the software exe’s to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions
a. DocumentMarketingRobot.exe
b. PDFCreator.exe

2) Check that you are running as the admin user

Do I need proxies or a VPN?
Due to the nature of the sites included within the software, you do not need to be using a proxy or vpn.

If you wish to use a vpn use HMA (hide my ass pro).

Moving DMR to a new machine or backing up
Moving to a new machine is easy and involves the movement of 1 folder and 1 registration file.

All of the Document Marketing Robot files are found in the documents folder on your machine.

You can access this folder via windows explorer

All of the data that document marketing robot uses is held within the ‘DMR’ folder within the ‘documents’ folder

You simply copy the ‘DMR’ folder into the ‘documents’ folder on the new machine.

The folder contains 2 files:

You can also copy the registration file from the ‘Documents’ folder into the documents folder of the new machine.
The registration file is called:

If you don’t want to copy the DMRREGINFO.REG file into the new machine you must re-register the software by
entering all your registration into the software and can simply re-verify the license.

Posting Errors
Some sites fail or won’t create
This is either to do with the above or your proxy provider, ip address or vpn... See the earlier sections.

If a site fails due to changes to the site, a software update will be released for this and you will be notified within the
software when this available.

Posting fails / time out on a lot of sites:
See the above answer. It will be your internet configuration is incorrect or the software hasn’t been added to your
firewall and anti-virus exception list.

The best spinner / spinner chief error (‘insert synms’ invalid username error)
If you get a ‘invalid username / password’ error when clicking the auto spintax ‘auto synms’ buttons on the various
screens then you have not entered a ‘spinner’ provider account or the information entered is invalid.

This can be setup within the settings screen. The settings screen is found at the top left corner of the main menu
screen as shown

As you can see in the screen you can setup either the best spinner or spinner chief as the spinner api providers and
links to these are also shown in the spinner options area. You also need to select the spinner api to use.

In this screen you select the spinner API type to be used for auto spintax processing and you must also select the
spin quality and number of synms to return from the TBS or SC api. The protected keywords option allows you to
protect your keywords when the data is modified and if this option is chosen your keywords will not be spun.

De-captcher error message (death by captcha, decaptcher, image typerz services)
If you get invalid username error or failure due to the decaptcha technologies then you must not have setup your
captcha providers in the ‘settings area’ OR you have no credit left within the decaptcha provider account. You must
setup your providers before use

The settings screen is found in the dmr poster app configuration section.

To use auto solving captcha services you need to have the captcha account details added in for the services you want
to use in the software processes.

Always test the service account when you add them to ensure they are working 100%.

You need to also select the service to use as the ‘robot decaptcher mode’

Articles Wont Import
If you are having issues with articles importing then you have one of the following issues:

- The article is not in text format
- The article extension is not .txt
- The article has the extension .txt but is not a text file.

You need to have saved or download the articles your are using in text format (.txt) and any other format and
extension will be ignored.

ie. You CANNOT import any of the following:

- Word documents (.doc or .docx)
- Rich text format .rtf
- Ebook format .Exe
- PDF files

Email Errors and setups
Email Setup – what are these and what do I setup?
The email within Document Marketing Robot must be set in the poster software account creation area:

You use either an email on your own domain or an email such as live.com or Gmail. There is a dropdown that can
auto setup the server etc. for some email providers.

NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY USE A YAHOO.COM EMAIL ADDRESS IF THE ACCOUNT IS A PAID YAHOO ACCOUNT. FREE
YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESSES DO NOT ALLOW POP3 ACCESS.

You need to test the email settings after entering them. If the email settings fail then try one of the following

- Set the ssl tick box and retry the verification
- Try the pop3 values
o 110
o 465

o 995
- Try with the SSL ticked with each of the ports
- Try with the SSL un-ticked with each of the ports

When using your own domain you need to add in your own mail server and this is normally based on your domain
name and will start with mail, pop or pop3 as follows:

If you domain is ‘mysite123.com’ your email server will be one of the following formats

 mail.mysite123.com
 pop.mysite123.com
 pop3.mysite123.com

You username is normally your email address.

If you do not have an email mail box setup you can do this via your domain’s cpanel.

1) Login cpanel on your domain and once logged in you click the ‘email accounts’ icon

2) Now enter your new preferred email account information and the domain from the dropdown

And you now click ‘Create account’ and you now have a new mailbox to use within the software.

Note that some of the site won’t allow the use of Gmail accounts when registering, so using your own domain will
increase the stick rate of your articles and number of accounts that create successfully.

Failing email connections
If your email fails to connect you need to check the port used, ssl tick box, usernames and passwords and mail server
settings. Refer to the last section for information on these areas.

Email not verifying and they are in the mail box
You email client is either yahoo OR the mail is not in the MAIN FOLDER of your email account. Pop3 access can only
access the main mailbox within an account. If any emails have been moved to another folder (including the spam
folder) they need to be moved BACK TO THE MAIN INBOX FOLDER TO BE VERIFIED.

License locking / release Management
Your license will be locked on the first 2 machines the software is ran up on.

You can request the machines be unlocked once every 30 days online via the follow url, note that you need the exact
purchase email, serial number and key to be able to request this. This unlocking will be actioned within 5 minutes on
average.

Transfer / Selling license to another person
You can sell or transfer your license to another person BUT the original license is always held against the original
owners payment email address and this CANNOT be changed as this is the main identifier for the license.

If you buy a license off somebody else you must keep their initial payment email address to get support otherwise
the data relating to the license cannot be retrieve as everything is held against this email address.

Changing license email address
This cannot be changed as the original email address is the main id for the license purchase. See the previous
paragraph.

You simply download the latest version from here and install.
