2. Job Responsibility:
Gujarat industries power company ltd: 305MW combine cycle power plant.
(Sation-01 32.7*3 MW GT frames 6 and mark 6E & Mark four, 50MW STG ABB control system
Station-02 110MW frame 9, Mark five, 55 MW STG BHEL ATRS system, 132KV switchyard)
Responsible for following activity in ccpp (Gas turbine, Steam turbine and HRSG, Switch yard)
Morning report preparation and Availability forecast for both station’s based on Gail gas
Nomination.
Daily Availability declaration of both stations’ and WEB uploading
Daily Generation Report preparation. Defect identification and Entry in SAP
Checking of Gas bill and verification with master Gas.
Spot Gas requirement and Nomination with GAIL/GSPL.
Start up/ shutdown of GT-ST procedure.
Isolation of Electrical /Mechanical.
Checking of Final SG/DC and correction of ramping, coordination with SLDC.
400KV kosamba Substation: In 400KV substation Gujarat most loaded substation.
Here 315 MVA * 3, 100MVA *2 transformer, 65& 85 MVAR reactor, six 400kv line and 220KV
TEN line.
Following work to be carried out:- Weekly PM Works, six monthly line maintenance work, yearly
maintenance work, annual testing of Line equipment .trouble shooting work.
3. ONGC power plant: (22.5MW GT frame five and mark five systems, 12.5MW ST)
Responsible for start/shut down of Gas turbine, to maintain grid Parameter and power factor.
To issue Cold work / HoT work and LC permits. Daily Availability declaration of both stations’ and
WEB uploading, Daily Generation Report preparation work.
Technical Exposures
• Operation of Gas-Steam turbine generator.
• Operation and Maintenance of 400kv/220kv/132/66kv Substation.
• Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance & Condition Monitoring of HT/LT
Panels, Motors, Breakers and Transformers.
• Read electrical drawings, fault finding and troubleshooting of Electrical equipment’s.
• Maintain Grid Parameters & power factor to reduce line losses.
• Station control panels & grid synchronizing.
• Basic knowledge of ABT system.
• Maintenance of ACB, VCB & SF6 Breaker.
• Maintenance of Battery Bank.
